Lovely hotel
Location is the best, no need to drag the luggage over cobblestone
View from my room is marvelous
Staff, especially Rita, was super friendly and supportive- of course she can speak English!
Will definitely come back for sure

The hotel was nice, strategic location (easy to access with luggage compare to other hotels / stay inside the lijiang old town which might have many stairs inside), they have laundry room and was reliable! I can say for new hotel, they have provided us with 10/10 service rating. the amenities on the room was enough, but pretty sure bigger pump of shampoo and shower gel might be better for the future! They still have work ongoing the hotel, however it doesn’t bother us staying there. It’s getting more and more aesthetic. Will be staying there for sure when I get back to Lijiang! Even though never got the opportunity to have breakfast on the hotel, however Ms Jenny and the hotel’s chef have arranged and packed us breakfast that was delicious. Ms Jenny and other staffs there were very helpful, fast response!

Stayed at FINAI for 3 nights during my trip to Lijiang and it was amazing! The staff called me one night before and offered a free airport pickup service. They were extremely attentive throughout the trip and replied almost instantly on WeChat for any questions I had. The room was big and clean and had a great view of Lijiang Old Town. The amenities provided were sufficient and of good quality. It is only a stone’s throw from both the airport bus station and the entrance to the Old Town with many food options available. Highly recommend FINAI to anyone who’s visiting Lijiang Old Town!

I love to stay at FINAI because good staffs especially Rita , good room ( Hotel upgrade room for us to see panoramic view of ancient town, Location only 100 m. walk to big water wheels. The restaurant is excellent view too. Highly recommended to all guests

Great service by 程程 from front desk. I booked a double bed by accident and she upgraded us to a king room. She also helped to guide us what to eat in the old town, where’s the best locations to 打卡. She knew we went for dinner at one of her recommends, and called the owner to offer us welcome drinks. Best of all, for those who doesn’t know that the didi (ride hailing) rides can’t squeeze in 2 big luggages, she helped us booked a bigger car at a much better price than didi, and with ample space. Room is warm (which is very essential in freezing months), though the safe box doesn’t work (but didn’t matter to me). At the time of writing, they are offering complimentary afternoon tea set for 2, and another lounge set for couple. Great value and service. 赞👍

What made me most relaxed and satisfied during this trip to Yunnan was not the scenic spot, but this hotel. .
1. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the water tanker, right on the side of the road, and there is a parking lot. Taking a taxi is very convenient!
2. I really have to say about the service attitude. I will call in advance to ask when I will arrive at the store. There will also be a dedicated person to pick up the hotel and deliver it to the room. Everything will be solved immediately. The attitude and speed of the solution are too many hotels to go to.
