Hassle free checked in process. Staff guided us to the room and showed all amenities, including self laundry services (they have washing and dryer)
Room was separated by sliding door. Just to note The double decker have hard bed. Plus point USB socket, area for hanging the cloth and resting area on the roof top Halal restaurant just crossed Fuhui road near hotel.

About 10-15 minutes walk to the Lijiang ancient town. The hotel is new and comes with a lift. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and comes with the smart home system. The only drawback was the lack of smart toilet bowl, which was provided in all the hotels we stayed in during our 10-day trip in China. They also offer free use of their washing machines and dryers, which was very helpful.

酒店很不錯，是一次很愉快完美的入佳體驗，服務：前台服務態度特別熱情，環境:房問簡約風格特別的乾淨衞生整潔，床單被套沒有毛髮之類的，一晚住下來安靜舒服，要比客棧客棧好太多太多，酒店6樓就有自助洗衣，特別貼心，交通：交通便利，有合作停車場,距離麗江古城走路也才10分鐘，整體是愛了強烈推薦

酒店位置是相當不錯的，交通便利，出門就可以打到車很方便，直走10分鐘就可以到達有名的麗江古城，酒店門口有自己的停車位，大堂裝修明亮，精緻時尚，大廳玫瑰茶很好喝，酒店樓層很千凈，樓層指引牌清晰可見，前台服務員很好

感謝竹雅華庭全體員工，首先説服務特別好，很有耐心，愛心！對我們照顧的無微不至，還為我們安排了行程，玩得很開心。酒店衞生超級乾淨，服務人員素質很高。酒店位置絕佳麗江中心，免費停車，門口就是大路，交通極為便利，去各個景區十分方便。樓上超大花園露台，一眼俯瞰全景。各位來麗江的朋友們，入住竹雅華庭絕佳的選擇，下次我還來，有朋友我也會推薦👍💯

帶二位高齡長者旅行，在攜程選中了這家酒店，設施很新，我定的家庭房套房，很方便照顧長者，早餐也不錯，前台的服務很滿意，很快補充了被子、椅子、置物櫃，真的很滿意，尤其對前台1號工作人員的服務點贊👍🏻，謝謝店家帶給我們一家美好的旅行體驗

我朋友來了給她訂了我家附近的酒店，看着他這家去年一直在裝修前段時間剛開業的，就來體驗一下。走進去感覺確定挺好，大堂蠻大氣的，設計有茶台，還有免費爆米花給小孩吃，特別是還設計了有個魚缸，朋友小孩特別喜歡。房間裏搞的很乾凈整潔也很大，設計做的也很好看，他們這個位置蠻好交通很方便，離古城近，走路幾分鐘。訂的是還含了早餐的房間，一般酒店早餐是很普通的自助餐，但他們家還很用心的做了九宮格定製早餐，味道很好，和自己在家吃的一樣營養搭配豐富，感覺的出老闆花了錢做投入，最後退房時，前台還説送杯咖啡給我們喝，咖啡很贊，説真心話這樣真必須給他們酒店一個5分好評。
