We just stayed one night before our departure from Peru, and this was the perfect spot to relax, and have some wonderful food before leaving the country. Accommodations were lovely and the service impeccable!

Hotel is in a good and safe area in Lima, the people working in the hotel was very kind in all moment, the Table Tennis group enjoyed to stay there, because they also offered a very good food. Also Miss Diana Medina in the commercial area was very helpful for all the group all the time, she made our experience amazing

My recent stay here in Lima at Melia was quite exceptional and exceeded expectations. When I booked the hotel, I was taking a chance because it was my first time, and I have had good experiences in almost every hotel I've stayed in Lima, but after a good stay I really feel that this is probably the classiest hotel I've encountered in the city. The room: I had a really nice view and there was a strong classic vibe. The shower was amazing, the toilet high quality, and the bed ultra comfortable. The sheets were also soft and I fell asleep basically immediately. The People: a highlight of the property! The front desk was full of smiles. They had very helpful information. They knew my name, they were accommodating, and they were really, really efficient. The restaurant: Breakfast was great, I didn't get to use the room service but I had a good selection of fresh fruit, perfect scrambled eggs, and pastries. Basically, a great 5-star service + product. Great vibe, great people, great time.

I visited Lima for business and attending a regional event. I had a good time at the Melia hotel and they were professional in handling the event and my stay. Special thanks to Diana Medina for her prompt responses, arrangements and facilitating everything to have a pleasant stay. Definitely worth it to come again for an extended period of time. I was served by Pablo - he was perfect. Thé breakfast was delicious. Thé room was confortable. I travelled professionally. Hôtel is located in beautiful part of Lima near thé ocean but quite far from city center. Service was helpful and very kind.
