I was happy to know i can wash my clothes on the 1 floor. Very friendly staffs. So funny bed, but very hard and rigid. Room was so bright.

I absolutely love this place. The view is amazing. It’s walking distance to Monkey Island, shopping, and restaurants. It’s not in a fancy neighborhood but the hotel itself is nice, really nice. It’s on the beach too, just walk out the back doors. The people who run it are very welcoming and nice.

381一晚的房間非常小，且設施很差，沒有浴巾，沒有礦泉水提供，燒水壺也是壞的，有wifi但是用不了！隔壁有養殖海鮮的聲音，24小時都非常吵，大清早隔壁一棟又是裝修聲。簡直了…

首先要誇誇他們的位置，訂的海景房，窗前就是一棵大大的椰子樹，老闆還送了一顆現摘的椰子，挺清甜的，不遠處的海景也很美，站在陽台就能看到對過的猴島。周圍本地人吃的小吃也非常多，離海鮮市場步行7分鐘。
但在房間的第一晚居然有4隻大蟑螂，是大蟑螂哦，在行李箱周圍爬，後來嚇得我每次離開房間必須把箱子鎖起來以防蟑螂爬進去。衞生間淋浴區實在離馬桶太近，也沒掛衣服的地方，我老公第一晚就想走了，迫於經濟還是忍住了沒換地方，哈哈
哦，民宿的泳池估計剛開業才用吧，現在完全是個擺設，另外周圍有本地人開的KTV，半夜唱歌有點吵。

性價比超級高在忙也不能忘了評價，前台老闆娘老闆都太好了，知道5口之家的我們房間的洗漱用品肯定不夠，多拿了好多給我。非常感謝？也非常有禮貌，還總是笑笑的，而且是有問必答的。為了滿足顧客，還特地準備一些沙灘玩的玩具，簡單又便宜的海景房，有機會再來，我一定還是選擇你們。就是希望，你們不要漲價哦。筆芯筆芯

這家一般，還好提前預訂的，當天預訂的房價，有點高，廚房不能做飯，一般般吧，院子直通沙灘這點兒不錯了但海水水質一般，門口停車非常非常麻煩，沒有停車位，本地居民招攬停車，30、50一次，有點離譜，門口的路還坑坑窪窪的，不推薦入住新村鎮，體驗不太好，可以入住清水灣或者香水灣，

在新村碼頭旁邊，出門不遠是夜市，生活設施比較齊全，煙火煙火氣息濃厚。還可以早起去碼頭做公交船趕海。適合遛娃。房屋條件還算不錯～出門就是大海～店裡衞生設施齊全，不要拿星級酒店的標準來衡量，我覺得性價比算很好的了。

民宿後面就是大海，去碼頭夜市等都很方便，前台小妹和老闆都很熱情，借了趕海工具出門趕海，有廚房洗衣機等，很適合旅居和帶娃居住，性價比高，下次去還會住的
