朋友出行，一次很愉快的入住體驗，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，很快就辦理了入住手續，地下停車場停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，佈局温馨合理，服務員還送了小水果，很是貼心，以後有機會還會入住，值得推薦，給個好評！

第二次入住，可這次體驗感太差。大冷的天氣不送暖風，這是這次十一出行唯一不供暖風的酒店，還不如一個招待所。最主要的是停車場保安態度極差，第一次問路保安衹説了在後麪，也沒搞清楚找錯了地方，又回頭去問了一次，保安就不樂意了，告訴我們你們自己找不到怪誰呢，喋喋不休，而且明明前院有停車位還要讓我們去地下車庫。

位置好，停車方便，酒店大堂服務好。
不足之處：淋浴噴頭固定的支架壞了，熱水和冷水指示是相反的。淋浴間的玻璃門底下漏水，會蔓延到外面去。我們入住的第二天早上近9點才來水，因為搶修管道，對我們非常不方便。
也許我這間房是個別情況。
拋開這些不談，其他ok。

酒店服務很差，我丟了一把傘，辦理離店當天中午給酒店前台打電話讓找一下看看是不是丟在房間了，前台説查詢一下給我回復，結果第二天中午都沒有回我，我就第二天又問前台，前台還是説她查一下給我回復，結果又是杳無音信，其實傘不值錢，如果沒有丟在房間給我回復説沒有就可以了，杳無音信算什麼服務

房間沒網絡，叫了維修人員看了明天再説。最奇葩的電話半夜2點響個不聽，接上電話沒聲音 早上7點多也是。早上前台退房説了情況，居然臉上一點反應都沒有。失望
