酒店設施比較老，衞生間的水龍頭有銹漬，中央空調未到集中供暖時間，沒有辦法單獨調温度，前台説如果覺得冷了可以多提供被子。上下就一個電梯，等待時間較長。早餐的話，種類不多，很一般，能吃飽吧。身體不舒服，門口掛了請勿打擾，但是客房阿姨還是執着敲開門非給我兩瓶水，挺無語。好在於地理位置還不錯，朋友帶着去吃飯，各種串小區，大概也得10分鐘吧，走着就可以到新琅琊。停車場挺大，離河邊也很近。

一家三口到臨沂玩，在網上比較了一下，選擇了這家亞朵。價格還是非常親民的，性價比很高。我們從琅琊古城自駕到這裏也很方便，大概20分鐘左右。酒店門口就是停車場，停車非常便利。周邊吃飯的飯店也很多，很方便。美中不足的地方有2點：1，酒店能看出來開業有一定年限了，外細節上的維護保養上確實有所欠缺，能明顯感受到酒店舊了。2，最大的問題，衞生太差了。帶孩子出門最看重的就是衞生，結果枕頭有黃斑，地面到處都是女性頭髮，當拖鞋的筐子和床頭地面還都是油餅殘渣。反饋給前台，服務員及時給換了房，但是換的房間也是有頭髮，牀頭櫃和地面還有火龍果的籽，不想折騰酒店了就自己清理了一下，沒再要求換房。第二天退房還送了伴手禮，服務確實沒的説，但是衞生問題也確實希望酒店管理層能發現其中的問題。

超級滿意，性價比超高。離琅琊古城約15分鐘車程，是個莊園，景色好，房間寬敞，有個小露台，而且免費的早餐很可口。10/2晚上入住，前台小哥很質樸，很熱情，很周到。訂的時候，看衹有一個評價，心裏還打鼓，會不會不好，去了才知道超級滿意，第二天又在園子裏逛了一圈，很愜意。裏面還有個小童樂園，價位也比較合適。大波斯菊花海贊。
