This is a great Boutique Hotel located on a bustling plaza in Lisbon's Historic District. It's just a couple of cobblestone blocks from some wonderful tourist attractions, such as, Convento do Carmo and Fado in Chiado. The riverside attractions and Alfama district are walkable distances and the Metro and trollies are close by. The service was great with friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfasts were top-notch.

Charming, older hotel with a wonderful staff. Due to the age, the hotel has some quaint features such as noisy pipes and creaky floors, but overall a great experience. The small staff do it all and are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is lovely and plentiful.

Trying to decide where to stay in Lisbon for 4 nights in May was the most difficult choice we made in organizing our trip. We finally decided on Dear Lisbon, Bordalo House. It was a very good choice. The hotel was able to arrange an airport pick up for a charge. The room is very large. There was a bottle of wine awaiting us with fruit and cake. They serve a very nice breakfast buffet which can be included in your charges. We can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Miguel who were most helpful in arranging whatever we needed.

Super nice and helpful staff! Such a cute and chic small hotel with an understated feeling of luxury and lots of elegant charm and details. Definitely recommended. Perfectly located as well.

Ideal location for visiting Lisbon. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Rooms were lovely, breakfast area is small but food was good. Our host were very helpful and made great recommendations for us. I would definitely stay here during my next visit as I will definitely be back to beautiful Portugal!

This was an amazing g hotel! Great location, walk to restaurants/shops/sites. The room was great and balconies were great for people watch. Free breakfast was great. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. What an amazing staff they put together, from checkin reception to housekeepers. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay. Beautiful 200 year old well maintained building, very large and comfortable room. Hotel is spotless and in a great area.

Heavenly stay. We stayed at this beautiful historic boutique hotel for 5 days. Very friendly and helpful staff who were very observant that we had a good stay. Large lovely room with a fantastic bed with exclusive bedding. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We would highly recommend this hotel located in the heart of Lisboa
