We had an awesome stay. The service was exceptional. I needed to check in early because I was arriving early for a family event. I spoke with Neil and I was able to check in a little earlier and make my event on time. The friendliness of all the staff from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast person was indeed outstanding.

WiFi was a complete failure. The system asked me to input my room number and last name, which I did. When submitted, it said "We're having trouble finding you." I double checked my room number and tried five times. Calling the desk, I was given a number for tech help. Calling that number got: "Due to a high number of calls, we are experiencing long wait times. Your estimated wait time is thirty minutes." This, my friend, is a broken system.

Clean room. Very nicely decorated and aesthetic. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Customer service was amazing!

Very comfortable and spacious room, perfect king size bed. Free breakfast, coffee and juice was good. Excellent counter service from Gracie.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean (without the smell of cleaning products which I can’t handle). I liked the extra touch of an extra trash bag for our dirty clothes. I always plan to pack one but always forget so this was nice. Only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and quiet. Parking was a breeze. My only complaint was the humidity in the room. Granted, it's late summer and the temperatures were in the 80s during our stay, our room was damp. It wasn't the best feeling after a long day of work to come back to a damp room.

Perfect! The only thing that was not ok was that the check-out time indicated noon, we had several knocks on the door prior to 11am. The check-out time was incorrect on the app should be 11am not noon.
