Even though the location requires you to take a bus to the hotel around 20mins. Bus stop just outside the hotel. 2-3mins walk. We were delighted with the hotel. Very well thought out room and design very tasteful. Very nice view of the lake. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

Perfect night and the best view ever.

Came here after reading the recommendation on Xiaohongshu. To be honest, I am a little disappointed with a hotel that costs over 3,000. The floor is not very clean. I just arrived at the hotel and didn't have time to change into slippers, so I walked barefoot for a while, which was a little dirty... The hotel front desk was quite enthusiastic and responsive. The hotel view is good on sunny days. It's terrible on cloudy days.

The hotel environment is excellent. It is so comfortable to watch the sunrise and ducks by the lake every morning. The room is large in Switzerland. The facilities are new. There is a bus to Lucerne Train Station next to it.

A very nice hotel, only a 10-minute drive from Lake Yanhu in Lucerne, quiet and comfortable. The room faces the lake view, and the hotel thoughtfully provides Chris**as chocolates. The restaurant's business was very good during dinner. After all, there was an unparalleled view, the beef cheek was cooked just right, and the chestnut tortellini was a surprise.

One of my favorite hotels on this trip! The room was impeccably comfortable! The service is attentive, chocolates were given when I arrived, and dried apples were given when I left! There is no one of the most satisfactory hotels I have stayed in in Switzerland. The view is wide and the lake view is very beautiful. The climate is suitable and the indoor environment is clean and hygienic. The location is a little remote but it is very suitable for vacation.

The hotel is terrible. There is no water. The front desk ********* discriminates against Chinese people! ! It is really bad!
