"From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. "The sad thing was that they strictly follow the schedule no check-in’s before 2. I already got used that in China Mainland you can leave your things, take a shower and go exploring even if you came early. Even in HK hotel they checked us in 1 hour earlier. The good thing is that rooms are big, especially compared to HK. Smoking is strictly prohibited but, sadly people seems like don’t care. Everyday around 10 o’clock our room smelled like a cheap bar 😰 seems like the neighbors were smoking in the bathrooms. It’s pretty close to the bus terminal (500m) from where you can get anywhere you need. Also close to the bus stops."

"All staff provided sincere service! Sure will come back . We stayed at Room 1106 (Dec  12-16, 2024, )feeling better then Room 1110 this time.  The refrigerator is not working  Hoping that will be fixed"

"Nice hotel considering the money you pay. They checked us in two hours late BUT they upgraded our room, which was very nice of them. Overall, good experience, quite convenient location and nice staff. One little disadvantage: the loudness of air conditioner. I think it could make less noise or no noise, when working. But if you are too tired, you will fall asleep anyway, ahahhaha"

"A 3D2N getaway. Convenient to Taipa Village. Nice room and bathroom is luxuries and vintage(the batheroom floor tiles are so pretty shell pieces.. Its quiet because half of the hotel is having a reno hence the price is low. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. 👍👍👍"

"The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, right beside Cheoc Van Beach in a quiet part of town. Our room was spacious and though the sea view was obstructed by trees, the sound of the waves and birds singing was relaxing enough. The restaurant fare is delicious and the service was excellent. There are beautiful trails within walking distance and a short bus ride away. Coloane Village is also nearby where Lord Stow's bakery offers the best Portuguese egg tarts in town."

"Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . ."

"Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!"
