Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!
The sad thing was that they strictly follow the schedule no check-in’s before 2. I already got used that in China Mainland you can leave your things, take a shower and go exploring even if you came early. Even in HK hotel they checked us in 1 hour earlier.
The good thing is that rooms are big, especially compared to HK. Smoking is strictly prohibited but, sadly people seems like don’t care. Everyday around 10 o’clock our room smelled like a cheap bar 😰 seems like the neighbors were smoking in the bathrooms.
It’s pretty close to the bus terminal (500m) from where you can get anywhere you need. Also close to the bus stops.
Nice room, quiet and spacious enough. Good check-in and helpful. Good decision not to charge parking for guests cars and convenient direct access from car parks to the rooms using the keys.
Pleasant stay.

would book again, had a great time。 booked an additional night spontaneously。good restaurant and casinos nearby!!! st pauls a little less than 2 km walk
Nice hotel considering the money you pay. They checked us in two hours late BUT they upgraded our room, which was very nice of them. Overall, good experience, quite convenient location and nice staff. One little disadvantage: the loudness of air conditioner. I think it could make less noise or no noise, when working. But if you are too tired, you will fall asleep anyway, ahahhaha
Very spacious room for family… good location with lots of eateries around. Within walking distance to many tourists spot.. service was great from the staff too.. will definitely be back again☺️
At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!
I was looking for a getaway to have a quality time all alone surrounded with wild nature only and this is exactly what I needed in Macau. The estate is located on the hill side above the second popular beach in Macau, with zero traffic, so most of the time one may hear birds tweeting and waves beating against the shore, perfect. The sea itself wasn’t the priority for me as I’m realistic and aware of the rather sad water pollution at this part of the South Chinese Sea, that’s why I was more than happy to find an amazing pool right at the door, with not many guests sharing the desire to cool down in the pool I felt it was all mine, and while swimming one can’t help but think what may be better to enjoy pleasant waters being amidst lush green hills.
I love the furniture in the room, all in the same style, obviously customized and styled in Mediterranean fashion and so is the room, decorated with blue&white tiles, showcasing the Portugal distinctive artwork.
I would just suggest to add some mugs or cups so that the guests could pumper themselves with teas or coffees sitting out in the romantic balcony gazing the skies .
Be ready to climb up the hill a little bit to reach the hotel, and if you wish to travel by bus, also need to go upstairs, which may be a little hard if you have suitcases. But the staff also can help you to find a taxi, so it’s not a big problem. The neighborhood is small yet there’s a decent restaurant Gondola, in 5 min walking distance.
Huge advantage of the hotel location is its proximity to the popular tourist spot Coloane village and Black Sand Beach, you may walk or take a bus so it’s really close as well as the ****** area, just 20 min by bus.
Recommend everyone sharing same values!
Just stayed for four nights at MGM Cotai, had to add on an extra night at the last minute and the staff, particularly Shellee helped so much with this, going out of her way to make sure my room was decorated (was a celebration with friends), and making sure that notes were carefully made to assist me upon check-in. The free coach from/to the border was a huge help as well. Even after I checked out, Vincent walked my luggage for me to the shuttle area and was kind and generous. Drinks at the bar, though pricey, are really worth it. Someone is always there to help if needed and the twice daily room cleaning/turn down were so nice to have after a day exploring and when bed time came. Will be returning and bringing friends, so very happy to have this wonderful escape close to home. As a note to anyone visiting the area, convenience stores on the ***** are not easy to find or are closed, so bring cigs and snacks for times before you find a store with a taxi. Can't wait to return!

Outstanding
YYuk Wing VirginiaI recently stayed at The Parisian Macao during a business trip, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I usually avoid staying at hotels within the Venetian complex due to its large property size, but this time I chose The Parisian for its convenient location directly above the Venetian Expo Halls, where I was attending an exhibition. It turned out to be a fantastic decision.
From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless. The guest relations staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, immediately giving me confidence that my stay would be well taken care of. My room was conveniently located near the elevator—a thoughtful detail that made navigating this large property much easier. The room itself was bright, impeccably clean, and surprisingly well-maintained for a hotel that has been operating for about eight years; it felt almost brand new!
The service on my floor was excellent—prompt and attentive. The team ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. For anyone attending events at the Venetian Expo, The Parisian’s location is unbeatable. Accessing the expo area was incredibly convenient; just a short walk through the hotel’s function rooms led me directly there.
The thoughtful amenities in the room added to my comfort. A foot massage machine provided much-needed relief after long days at the exhibition, and late check-out allowed me extra rest in the morning before packing up in the afternoon. Small but meaningful touches, like replenishing shopping bags after room makeup and brightly lit bathroom lighting ideal for makeup application, showcased the hotel’s attention to detail.
I also dined at a few F&B outlets within the Venetian property, all of which offered very good service. The dining experiences complemented my stay perfectly and added to the overall positive impression of the property.
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the hairdryer. An updated model with higher power and a longer cord would enhance convenience for guests.
Overall, The Parisian Macao proved to be an outstanding choice for my business trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for exhibitions, concerts, or events at the Venetian complex. Its combination of convenience, excellent service, and well-maintained accommodations makes it a standout option!
DDenne GohMy stay at Studio City Hotel, Macau was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable—truly some of the best service I’ve experienced!
The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious and modern design that creates an exciting yet comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Macau.
The facilities were top-tier, with fantastic dining options, entertainment, and even a resort-style pool. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access major attractions and casinos.
Overall, Studio City Hotel delivers a world-class experience with outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
YYingyingmantou服务:The service of Macau Xinhao Yinghui W Hotel can be said to be perfect, no matter from the reception of the breakfast doorman.Or will everything give you a meticulous experience
环境:The environment is clean and sanitary, but also magnificent and has a warm feeling.
设施:The facilities are also very complete. Think what you think and put all the unexpected things in it, so it is perfect.
GGuest UserThe location is far from the tourist attractions, but the hotel is attached with a mall and recreation area, so you can enjoy your time without meeting the crowd. A bus stop is nearby and also a shuttle service is provided by Grand lisboa palace resort, followed by 10 minutes walk from the get-off point to the hotel
GGuest UserVery convenient to go to attractive places and the room very clean. If I have a chance to come to
Macau again I will back to stay here again.
Lleena03The Hotel has a good location , we got a jockey club facing room which was excellent. It’s a 5-7 minutes cab ride from Venetian. The room was very good and had all basic room necessities, washroom was excellent with separated sections. The staff was kind enough to give us balcony room upgrade.
The breakfast was decent, had fewer options compared to my other stays at similar hotels, but the staff in the restaurant was very good and us being restricted on the kind of meat we can eat, they without even asking offered us alternate options that were quickly made in the kitchen and served.
JJyut EleanorA very new hotel. The view out the hotel room was incredible.
Everything was perfect, but we were quite disappointed with the front desk… As a 5-star hotel, he was quite rude the whole time, and he stressed that deposit will be deducted if we smoke in the room. We went to the room and found that there was this heavy cigarette smell, we called the front desk and they said they would send a personnel there to “check”, without saying that they might be carrying a huge machine to spray the room or mentioning any solution. Turns out a very polite young lad came to the room with that huge machine and asked if we needed to spray the room. We said it was okay because the spray had an even stronger smell. But the service is pretty bad, not up to the 5-star standards. And also, the hair dryer didn’t work. I heard the other female receptionist at the front desk and the attitude was also the same. Lastly, the breakfast was also a little bit disappointing. Not suitable at all for foreigners. There was no cheese for a toast, just butter and orange jam and the bread was awfully chewy and hard…
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
GGuest UserI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
