Positive side: There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there. TV functions well. Three mirrors including one in the bathroom. There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels. Got air conditioner n fan. Negative side: The room was quite small for triple. The double and single bed were combined together😔. The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️. Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them. No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor.

Stayed for 1 night, and this is the 3rd time since before the pandemic, the location is very strategic, there are lots of halal food, the service is okay, the facilities are okay, the cleanliness is also okay, it's just a shame the room is narrow for praying facing the Qibla is difficult.

hotel is very conveniently located near the famous Jonker Street. love the patio which we can make use of to chill and enjoy the view of the malacca river! can see that the hotel has been around for some time, but cleanliness wise is still acceptable. the room also comes with a complimentary hearty breakfast which we enjoyed. thanks for the amazing stay!

Pros: Very refreshing welcome drink ginger ale BUT cold towel was smelly. Friendly frontdesk staffs. Beautiful hotel & great ambience. Room is spacious & clean. Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan. Comfortable bed & pillows. Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck. Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free. Free wifi. Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items. Satisfying breakfast buffet. No deposit required. Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions. Quality herbal-smell toiletries. Cons: Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready. Long lines at the front desk during my check-out. No bidet. Limited tv channels. Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.

The room was spacious. pool towel provided as well. everything was totally good and fine ,with friendly staff. except for the breakfast; minimal choice. I guess most of the traveller preferred to have breakfast outside of the hotel.

Hatten was once a very famous hotel in town. Our Staffs are very friendly, from the front counter, to the room service, even the staff manning the main door. We took suite room, so it is quite spacious, however the bathroom door already faulty, so can’t be close. There is a link bridge to the next door mall (almost dead), but you can still grab some food at ground floor or stuff from Mr DIY. Overall, our stay was a decent one.

Have all the amenities except hair dryer (supposed in the room but was not there when we check in) and iron need to request from front desk. The bedsheet has yellow & grey stains. Towel looks old. Front desk staff is friendly. Overall, it is still a good experience to stay in.

Booked a deluxe room, that was at the top floor. Overall the room is spacious and the view is very nice,Perfect view 24 hours convenience store is just opposite and there is ample parking space, and very spacious.

The check in wasnt that smooth. We need to wait til almost 5pm to get the QR code. The unit is quite spacious. Since we up at 12th floor and last unit, the open window at the service yard, the sound of howling winds give me a bit creep. Felt like someone banging on the door. But i really enjoy the view from the balcony.

Clear check in instruction. This unit has a psacious living hall. Complete with amenities like onduction cooker & kitchen hob, fridge, water heater, hair dryer and iron. Also, this unit comes with 2 designated parking. I would love to stay here again!
