There were some issues, one partially, but reasonably resolved, the 2nd was not. I decided it was best to leave one day early. I contacted the Manager and he told me that his head office had agreed to refund my unused day. I have 2 emails where he stated clearly that his would happen. He was dishonest and this did not happen. If there are no issues, you will probably find the facility reasonably comfortable, but if there is issues my experience is that the Manager will flat out lie to you.
One other issue is that when you contact a property through Expedia, they typically will not respond. If that had happened, I could have cancelled the booking for something that met my needs and avoided writing a poor review.

I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago, and since then it has gone through a renovation. Stayed here for three nights while visiting family in Maribor. The front desk staff are great - the night of my arrival, the receptionist was waiting for me! Rooms are basic but have everything that you need. Note, the shower pressure which is usually something I complain about in hotels was fantastic! Lots of power ports, etc, but the room did not have a desk if you would like to work from the room. Breakfast was awesome and had more than enough variety for most. I’m an extremely light sleeper so I found some noise did carry through the hotel, but I find that in most places. The only complaint I would have is that the cost of parking was slightly high for Maribor.

We had booked a suite and a superior double room for two nights. The rooms were exactly as we expected. ( and as they were advertised). Very comfortable waterbed in the suite, forthcoming and professional staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant. Well equipped gym that can be used free of charge as a hotel guest. The breakfast was also very good. Overall a very pleasant experience- highly recommended.

Excellent location in relation to the ski facilities, beautiful structure, reception area, very well-kept hall and bar with high-level, refined and prestigious style. Comfortable, basic, well-kept rooms. Tasteful restaurant, excellent and expressive cuisine, excellent quality/price ratio. Staff really friendly and available for every need. Natasha at the bar is a highly professional, attentive girl, a real plus for the hotel. Stunning wellness area. The only note was the cleanliness of the rooms, good on arrival, then only the bed was made, the bins emptied and the towels changed. Overall excellent.
