Hôtel correct. La suite est bien équipée mais mal insonorisée. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir correctement en raison du bruit des voisins jusqu’à 3h du matin.
Petit dej correct mais restaurant buffet médiocre.

The hotel looks beautiful and the rooms are clean. The staff at the restaurant Traviata were very friendly. However, when we arrived, the receptionist told us a bell-hop will take us to our room. We waited, and waited, apparently they forgot about us, so I had to remind them that we are still waiting, and they seems to not knowing what is going on even though we were the only people in the lobby. Then one day, we returned to the hotel in mid afternoon. We asked for food and were seated at a restaurant, only to realized it was a buffet. Since it was already in the middle of the afternoon, they were finishing up lunch, so there was practically nothing left, there were only 4 trays left and every tray is pretty much empty. But they still proceed to seat us there and charged us for full price. All I got was half a portion of lasagna, not something that I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

No tea kettles and cups in rooms. When we called and asked to bring it, the reception reacted with annoyance. Later we asked for the second blanket and received a feedback: “you just called and asked for a kettle and now you are asking for a blanket, well ok”. What kind of service is that? :) later, during the breakfast, I wanted to fill my water bottle with water (breakfast is included in the price of my room). Imagine that the waiter didn’t allow me to do it and sent me to the bar to buy a bottle. And I am not even talking about the fact that the furniture is old and rooms are quite small. The waiters at the breakfast are quite rude. To the extent that you want to leave the place. Definitely not recommended because of the service.

Comfortable and clean hotel nice room and friendly staff the buffet of breakfast it’s A mixture of popular and international the gym not updated the equipment is old need upgrade.. we spent five nights and we are looking to visit again in future.. thank you Mr.Wisal hope we will see you soon.

We came here with our baby and found the hotel to be very accommodating. Staff were friendly and always at hand to help. Everything was kept clean and our room had everything needed as parents of an infant. The food was nice, nothing amazing but tasted good. The spa service was amazing!

A nice calm hotel that is clean with spacious rooms. Found the checking in experience quite pleasant, friendly staff and welcoming. It was pleasant experience overall; going to the rooms via the hallway can feel like a maze and the in-house spa service, I cannot fault. PRO’s -Room service 24/7 (limited food options after 11pm) -The daily cleaning staff for the rooms were great and the general upkeep of the hotel looked clean and tidy -Walking distance to convenience shops -Every time we needed a taxi the staff at the front were able to get us one, in a timely manner -Cash machine in the lobby of the hotel CON’s -The furniture in the room is quite dated and doesn’t match a 5 star experience. -Really found it annoying that the middle of the curtains didn’t align easily, letting light in. -I slept in a room that had wall greenery outside the balcony and I assumed the birds were nesting there as the tweets became annoying. -Not too sure about their air con system; although it worked it didn’t feel like it was blowing out cool air. -I think the hotel should allow food delivery companies to deliver to guest. This hotel seems to have a rule of no outside food.

We came as a friends group of all girls, we were so well taken care of and never felt unsafe. Sana on guest relations was amazing! She helped us with getting a great room, booking excursions and recommending places. The room was gorgeous! Spacious balcony, large comfy bed, housekeeping is always on top of it - highly recommend this hotel

Actually stayed 3 nights in May of 2022 - but TripAdvisor popped up asking for a review. Would recommend and stay again. Great helpful staff, nice pool and bar. See if you can get a room with a pool view. Easy walk to mall.
