房間吊燈設計不合理，小孩不小心打碎了，要求賠償80元，直接從按金裏面扣除了。我要求開個收據，一直推脱。

房間裏一股發黴味道，特別重，開窗散了一個小時還有 最無語的就是晚上還有熱水用，白天起來沒熱水了。。。 床頭上燈的開關也都是擺設，根本不管用，進屋裡就沒信號了，無線也基本等於沒有

大概晚上十一點左右入住，洗漱好後大概不到十二點，洗漱好後就覺得屋裡特別悶熱。尋找了一圈，沒有窗户，且空調無法制冷，無論怎麼調都衹能制熱。然後我就硬着頭皮睡，一直到凌晨兩點左右還是悶熱的睡不着。我打電話給前台，前台説我所住的這種房間類型都是沒有窗户的。但是我在攜程訂這個房間類型的時候，上面是寫有窗的。當時考慮到不想為難酒店前台，我也沒有計較，衹是問太悶熱，睡不着應該怎麼辦。酒店前台迴應我説沒辦法空調是中央空調無法調温，建議我打開房間門散熱。當時凌晨兩點了，請問我是要開着門睡覺還是不睡，就等着房間散熱。我又問可不可以換個房間，前台説我是在網上訂的，不可以調換房間，也不可以退款。一氣之下，凌晨兩點多，我退房去別的酒店住了，我在裏面衹住了整整三個小時。有一説一，房間衞生還可以，淋浴的熱水也不錯。也僅此而已。

早飯的蒸餃很好吃，豆漿也不錯。住的雙床房，環境還可以，打掃衞生的阿姨們態度很好。浴室的水也很大，熱得快。酒店門口停車方便，周圍還沒發展起來，吃飯要走一段路。整體不錯
