The location was quite good because, it was very quiet and safety around the hotel we actually walk a little it was so nice, but it’s quite far away from the station bus is kinda difficult to go Venice city, other than that, it was good location , they also have Lidl close to the hotel. And hotel staff were nice too. And the room was so nice ! And it was very clean! It was was really comfortable staying 😆 but just one problem was sink was always leaking, so it was impossible to flow water all the time! Other than that, it was so nice:) thank you so much 😊

Such a bad hotel no service even no reception number

The hotel is not new but everything was fine. The location for going to tourist attractions is very good. The breakfast was not overwhelming but quite good.

Terrible experience! I cannot cancel my reservation even if it shows free canellable. Not recommended!

Clean hotel. Good selection for breakfast. A bit of a trek to the bus stop to take you into Venice with small kids. Only one plug socket in our room between 4 people. Good hotel for a base but not much around it.

When you come to Venice, you usually live in the mestre, which is much cheaper than the island. This Novotel is 3 kilometers away from the Mestre train station. It takes 10 euros to take a taxi from the train station. It takes 300/400 meters to take a direct bus. The surrounding is a little desolate. There is a big supermarket at the bus station. There is a roadhouse across the road from the hotel where you can eat American fast food. There is nothing else to evaluate.
