The hotel is a very good hotel for you, and it is a good hotel for you. Near the sun forum and the sports palace for if necessary stay **** to rest.

We arrived very late, the room was quite good, there was a room in the room that there was already a guest, the room card could not be swiped, the front desk did not find a problem, let the guests repeatedly run several times to swipe the room card. The service work is not fine enough.

I've been traveling a lot in the past couple months and by far, this has been my favorite place. it's clean, comfortable with nice, spacious rooms but the best is the staff. They went above and beyond everything to make me feel welcome and cared for, I have never experienced just kindness and care in any hotel I've been to. this is always gonna be my go to hotel in Mexico City from now on

It was right next to the high-speed bus station. Location is great. Because it is a capsule hotel, there is no problem especially if you really just sleep.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but the rooms are small, the woman at the reception was very curt and provided no information about where the dining room is, oh the bathrooms,

I stayed at this hotel last Monday, August 1 after a forced stay at the Mexico City airport. We checked in for one night. The room was fine. Way overpriced and outdated for U.S. standards, but fine for a night. But this review isn't about the room, it's about the customer service. Or shall I say lack there of. I accidentally left my pink toiletry bag in the room behind in a rush to catch our flight. I called to speak with lost & found and got tossed around from person to person asking to speak to someone who remotely understood English, and eventually just got hung up. I called back later in the day, and I encountered the same issue. I then emailed -- a few times! -- with no response. There are plenty of valuables in that bag that I don't know if I'll ever recover now. I'm devastated. I don't remember a worse customer experience with a hotel. There was just no one will to show me any hospitality, just because my Spanish isn't perfect? And as a hotel in an international hotel in one of the largest cities in the world (not to mention, neighbors to the U.S.) you would think that someone on staff would be able to help me out with communication. Be warned if you stay there that you don't leave anything accidentally behind!

I give this hotel 5 stars for some very simple reasons. It's got a good rate, it's a new building, the employees were friendly, the rooms comfortable and generally very clean. Bedding was fantastic, towels of decent quality, and the amenities were a good brand. (CO Bigelow). I took away a start because they list themselves on Orbitz and Expedia as a ”VIP Access” hotel for people who have elite status with Orbitz (or Expedia) of which I am Platinum. They did not offer any upgrade, late check-out, or even mention that I was a Platinum member of Orbitz or that they participate in the VIP Elite program. Sort of disappointing and they shouldn't be listed as a VIP Elite Hotel with Orbitz or Expedia if they're not going to honor what they said they would. (Because listing themselves this way helps them attract more customers such as myself.) Be more honest Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel.

One of my worst hotel experiences to date. 1. We arrived to the airport and called the hotel to ask where to pick up the shuttle. The woman told me between gates 3 and 4. We went out to that area and waited for almost an hour. I called again and another person explained the hotel has a kiosk between gates 3 and 4 where you have to go to request the shuttle... hour wasted because of poor communication. (I am a native Spanish speaker so that was not the issue.) 2. When we finally arrived to the hotel, we were given a room that was poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. The floor was dirty and we pulled the blanket down, there was dried blood on the sheets. 3. We immediately went back down to the desk and complained. The lady didnt apologize, didnt offer to find us another room.. nothing of the sort. She said and I quote ”the shuttle can take you back to the airport.” Which is what we did. They got us back to the airport around 11pm at which time we had to find other accommodations. The place was dead so i know there were other rooms available. And even if there weren't, it baffles me that not even a weak apology was offered. To add insult to injury. They charged my card for the room. I called Expedia and the hotel and the hotel is denying the refund. So I have had to dispute the charge with my bank.

I arrived in Mexico just before lunchtime and didn't fly out until later in the evening so wanted a place to get a shower, have nap and rest before the flight home. I used an app to search for hotels that offered a 'day rate' and found this one I was really impressed A taxi from the airport cost $MXN 45 and I was there within ten minutes Check in was fast and easy and free tea and coffee are available too The room was big, had great double gazing keeping out the street noise and a really good blackout blind so I got a few hours rest before taking a walk outside and grabbing some food from the stalls near the hotel. Just before checkout I realised I needed to print some documents and the reception did that for me for free, thanks I'd happily recommend this hotel and stay again, thanks, andrew
