Very cozy room, excellent service, everything is arranged with attention to detail. Rest with comfort! Very clean, pleasant smell, everything works well. Very pleasant girls on the respiratory ☺️ Cafe, related to the hotel, also rejoiced with good service and delicious dishes.

Very unprofessional staff, especially reception and duty manager. When I was making a booking via phone, they didn't give me any details such as booking reference or else so when we arrived to the hotel they said that there is no booking in the system and had to search a new room for us on the spot which took a lot of time to register us again. I'm from Belarus and my husband is not so according to the policy of the hotel we had to pay extra per night because he's a foreigner! Unbelievable. I've travelled so many countries and stayed in different hotels but first time see such discrimination. Spa also was closed during our stay because they switched off the water for some reason. Gym needs some extension, extremely basic. When we tried to talk to a manager about what happened she was rude and negligent and looked like she didn't care at all. Reception also said if you don't like conditions you can change the hotel. No comments. The positive thing was the location of the hotel and the room was nice and cosy, cleaning staff was amazing, the lady cleaned and replaced amenities every day. I enjoyed breakfast buffet as well , since a lot of Belarussian style dishes, but my husband didn't really like because a new taste for him so if you are picky and not into trying new things you might not like it

Marriott's five-star quality is as high as ever, compared to Hilton. If there is Marriott in the local area, I will choose Marriott without hesitation. The environment of the hotel is good, the service staff is super enthusiastic (it is not ruled out that it is because of the membership), the room is quite big, and there is a super large circular balcony, but it is too cold. The disadvantage is that the laundry service is not 24 hours a day, and it is overtime when you go to the company during the day and arrive at the hotel at night. And the hotel restaurant is so-so, but it doesn't affect it. Minsk is relatively small, so it's more convenient to go out to eat

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. I would probably even set the rating 4-5 if there were no girls from the resepshne. I think the girls from the respiratory must be friendly, smiling, responsive, etc. , but here were naked, chumy, rude, etc. , in turn, it was not quite pleasant. As a result, it was decided without pay, but for my damaged mood and anger on such incompetent workers of this hotel could not not leave a review... accordingly, I will not stop in this hotel anymore. The P.S. host of this hotel or manager needs to review the qualifications of the employees, regrettably because of such staff, the status of the hotel is affected.

Every year I celebrate it on trips to all kinds of hotels and always get at least a little attention sign, and most often congratulations all day. For me, it is not a question of cake in the room, but a indicator of the hotel's relationship to customers. We had a late departure and when a couple of hours before leaving the hotel there was no congratulations, I came to the resepshen to ask. After my question, “Is something on my birthday?” the staff began to convince me that from the morning they would bring a chiccake / sparkling (then they didn't agree) and everything would be super. In my answer that my birthday today and for me, apparently made an exception , without bringing anything, said , “that they are not responsible for congratulating the guests, that is done by someone else.” I have not heard even the elementary “birthday” from the hotel staff on my birthday. How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. On my question, ”Can they wash and dry my hair” the staffer rolled his eyes and quietly told the administrator that she was planning to drink coffee and hair and I was offered to come an hour through 2-3 when I was already very uncomfortable. Usually, in all hotels with hands and feet are ready to pick up the customer, but apparently not here. I bet 4, because birthday once a year and not for all guests it is relevant. And location, breakfast, rooms are wonderful.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.

The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.
