The service was good. The rooms were very clean. But its better to take the breakfast by yourself in the Pancake House. Because than you have a very good one.

Staff are very corteous and helpful. Most especially the buffet breakfast staff. Will definitely go back to stay in this hotel again. The food is what you expect from a breakfast standpoint of a decent hotel. Special mention to the waiter named Galmer for being very helpful.

Great facilities and good service. The staff was very accommodating to every question and request. A beautiful view from their rooftop bar. Will definitely recommend this as a comfortable place to rest and relax.

We went for the pool which is a decent-sized pool within CDO. We stayed for a night in their Lanai room which opens to the poolside so that's a plus for me but I did not like how the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were stained. They need to dispose of them and get new sets because it's not white anymore. It's ghastly grey! But I love how their supply of hot water in the bathroom doesn't seem to run out. Aircon is damaged but is reeeeeaaally cold so I didn't mind the damaged flaps. Also they should have let us know ahead of time that their restaurant is open until 6pm only. We had to go outside to grab dinner.

I paid for a double room but when I arrived I was told that the information on the website is not correct and that I needed to pay extra for it. I told the manager that I should get a double room as advertised on the website. She told me that I should call the red door owner and I said that the price for the double room should be honored as advertised. The manager reluctantly agreed to my request but in the end made it right.

I got married in this Hotel on September. The scenery is just perfect for our intimate wedding. One thing that I have to comment is their Restaurant. Despite the nature loving atmosphere, they have limited choices of Vegeterian Foods (e.g Salads). Prior to my wedding, I approached the Restaurant head requesting for a Salad on my wedding day as my lunch and they agreed. On the day of my wedding, we ordered at 9am and has not received my lunch until 11:30am after consistent follow-ups. I got stressed because of this! The next day when I told them, the staff did not even bother to apologize. He said, that happened because they were busy. Staffs need more training on how to prioritize orders and speak to Customers.

It was very accessible. The breakfast buffet was good but limited options. The room was spacious, clean and staffs were very friendly and accommodating, will definitely go back!

At the lobby/reception- we were welcomed from the point we took our luggage out of the cab. Thanks to the man, security personnel who helped us. Checking in was very smooth and all details were well explained by the receptionist. Requested a room with HI-SPEED internet and yes, we were placed in a very cozy room. Room- perfect and amazing; with complete utilities. Clean and with a very comfy ambiance. Breakfast- this is a 4 star breakfast. And, thank you to Amor and Precious for being so accomodating. I was offered with coffee even if the breakfast was over. They offered me to clean the room which I politely declined because I am doing some important stuff. Still, they offered to change my pair of towels and additional utilities for the day. Great service ! Sure will be back here!

The Great: all the staff are very accommodating, helpful, and salute you by holding their hand over their heart. The staff really tries hard. Great common area environment. Great pool. Excellent maintenance. When I was running late, and breakfast buffet was closing, the restaurant called my room to see if I wanted to eat; They kept the buffet open for me. You don't find service like that everywhere. The Good: safe in room; mattresses a little hard but okay; shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, extra TP roll included; phone in room and bathroom; hangers in closet; refrigerator in room; bottled water, coffee and tea supplies in room. Only one grounded outlet in the room, but was at the desk, so was able to plug grounded computer outlet in. I was not able to verify outlet near sink was GFCI protected. Bidet. Western style toilet; entire room and bathroom were clean. I was happy that even though I hadn't used both bottles of water before house keeping came, they added 2 more bottles per day. As everywhere in PH, don't drink the tap water. The Bad: The room was a little sp**** and lacked the high-quality aesthetic and art that the common areas have. There were no hand towels or washcloths. The TV did not work (I did not contact Front Desk to resolve the issue, but I am sure they would have). Shower handset needs updating. Tip: Don't trust GPS to get you here -- Google Maps has road names wrong. Trust your driver. Call and book directly with the hotel to get discount rates-- not available on agoda, or CapitalOne Travel, etc. I would have extended my stay, but they were fully book the next days. I will definitely be back! Note to management: to become 4-star, improve mattresses, improve room asthetic, improve AC on 3rd floor common area, improve shower area and include wash cloth and hand towels.
