It's next to the highway so it's very noisy.
The windows do not open at all due to security issues.
You can hear the footsteps of guests upstairs.

I liked that everything was super fast and easy to do. The room was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is, if ur just trying to just rest up for a bit before hitting the road again, front desk closes at four and you have to wait until the next day. But overall good stay.

All was ok til I killed a bug as well they could have said cos or energy prices were not included so had to pay $5 a day I don’t mind that just aware me in the registration or front desk make it clear besides that hotel was beautiful would go back

This hotel is amazing. I loved my stay. My room 410 was neat and spacious. Staff is very welcoming. Definitely extending my stay!

A just okay stay. You get what you pay for. It states non smoking rooms but the hallways wreaked of smoke. The walls are thin and I could hear bedsprings in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep. A lot of foot traffic in the hallways as well. The fitness room was nice. Overall, Glad I was only there for a day and not an extended stay.

My experience here wasn’t good at all from beginning, currently still waiting for my deposit back because we did our job in keeping clean etc. The bed weren’t that comfortable, smoke smell all throughout, nobody in front desk most of the time, incorrect number of beds and had to change rooms. Hope that I get my refund on deposit if not I’m putting another complaint.

Excellent, accessible and affordable place to stay. My one suggestion is a bench outside in the front for those waiting for a ride.

WoodSpring Hotel was a really good place to stay for an extended time. The accessible bathroom was like new and very usable. The place was in a good location in relation to my niece’s place. And the price was affordable.
