Staff are extremely helpful and lovely and provide excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and the location is great, only a 2 minute walk to the Nagano train station.

The location is very good, right next to the JR station, with a small front desk, and quick check-in and check-out. Although there is not much choice for breakfast, it is included in the room rate, so the price-performance ratio is very high. The room is small but well-equipped, and the hygiene is also good. It is worth recommending for a short stay.

The staff doesn't try to make the hotel better. Terrible breakfast, we arrived at 8:15 and only croissants (fried, hard) were left. They didn't bring anything further. There were empty trays. There is no hot water for breakfast, so you cannot make tea. Only coffee is offered. The only positive thing is the location. The room was cold, but there is air conditioning for heating. The toilet has a cold seat, which is rare in Japan. There is a wardrobe and a kettle in the room.

An older hotel with clean facilities and a very simple breakfast. It's good to be able to book it during the New Year's Eve. 700 RMB/night is definitely expensive during normal times.

It is very close walking distance to JR and long-distance bus stations, making traveling very convenient. For short-term travel, this is the most important thing.
I arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock in the morning, and surprisingly I was able to check in and get into the room! This is very unexpected and happy. No other accommodation in Japan can check in before 2pm.
Breakfast is very simple, you can skip it.
