"Nagoya is my first stop in Japan. The hotel is a typical Japanese hotel, small and exquisite, and I enjoyed my stay for a few days.
When I checked in, my staff was rude, expressionless and impatient. It was very embarrassing to raise the volume inexplicably after I asked the question.
However, the breakfast in the hotel is very good, which is unexpected. Although it is the same every day, it is still rich. I regret not buying it in advance. The breakfast in the hotel is worth booking in advance."
"The hotel is simple and clean, the most amazing thing is that there is a bathtub (it was thought there was no looking at the picture).
The location is conveniently located, close to Marunouchi and Fushimi Station, although there are not too many options for food nearby, but it is not without food.
There are two 7-11s across the street from the hotel, and there are family marts a couple of streets away, which is convenient for buying supper snacks"
"On my first day at the hotel, I decided to brave the 10-minute walk from Fushimi Station with my luggage. However, under the scorching summer sun, that seemingly short distance felt like an eternity. It was just too far! But here’s the twist: later on, we stumbled upon a bus route that conveniently connected the hotel directly to Nagoya Station. My advice to fellow travelers? Definitely explore the bus option—it can save you both time and sweat!
As for the hotel itself, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The staff members were friendly and efficient. Our room boasted a good view, and it was spacious and tidy—a great fit for families."

"The room is clean and comfort. The bathroom is bigger than others hotel. Location of hotel is near the JR train station and subway but it might take times to get to Meitetsu line which is the line you use for access to airport. There are many restaurants nearby and many of them are open late. You can find food even if you came back to hotel late at night. Staffs are very nice and helpful. There’s a Lady’s Lounge on ladies floor which you can have free coffee and tea."
"We really enjoyed the hotel, the hardware is super nice and it is very new overall too. Convenient location with a lot of convenience stores nearby, including popular choices like Lawson and 7-11."
"It’s a great hotel located in the heart of Nagoya - Sakae is a great spot to see attractions and plenty of food options nearby. You can see Oasis21 and Mirai Tower, the ferris wheel and the restaurants nearby. You can do Lawson runs and enjoy the overall comfort of the hotel.
The Breakfast is awesome and I highly recommend getting it. Grindelwald was nice as well!"
"The toilet has some hair visible. Room cleanliness is not satisfactory. During the night, the toilet flushes continuously, but we are able to fix it with the help of the staff and stop the noise. There is a quick check-in and check-out process."
"Near shopping area (don quijote, book off), family Mart, and Sakae Subway Station Exit 2 but you may pass Exit 8 for escalator access. Bus terminal is also near located in Oasis 21 (2000 yen per way to the airport, around 40 minutes ride to terminal 2. Room is small but clean with bathtub and can spread two luggages. Hotel provides bath salt, body sponge, cotton swab, slippers, hair dryer, toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, hand and face foam, facial care kit, coffee, tea. Replenishes towels even you don't want to be disturbed for daily cleaning up of rooms. Reasonable budget. Will book again next time."
"Best location very near Nagoya Station. Super nice free unlimited drinks provided. Perhaps it is a very new hotel about 3 years old, room layout is the best and most thoughtful among the many hotels I stayed in japan. Partition between entrance and the beds, 2 wash basins and separate bath and toilet areas, make an amazing difference even though it has the smallest room size i stayed during our trip. Breakfast is not great, but good enough for us."
"The hotel is located in the center of Nagoya, close to Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. The king room has a 1.8-meter extra-large bed, which is very rare. The breakfast is not bad."

Excellent
GGuest UserThe hotel is new so the room is nice and big and very modern. I think if traveling as a couple can be really nice, coz the swimming pool and the gym as well as the free yoga class arranged in the early morning can be really attractive. But we have a six years old boy traveling together who really wants to go swimming. But unfortunately, kids below 16 years old are not allowed to use the the swimming pool. So we were a little bit disappointed since while choose this hotel and the JW near Nagoya station, I chose TIAD coz it’s newer and also with nice swimming pool. Such Information about restrictions should be provided by the hotel to let travelers know so that family with kids can make more informed decisions.

Outstanding
SSophiachiaWould have given all 5 stars if not for the noise from the trains. Nonetheless I do recommend for those who are not sensitive to noise to stay at the hotel. The noise is quite bearable and it was surprisingly therapeutic to watch Shinkansen and local trains from my floor (level 23). The location is prime as it is just above Takashimaya, Uniqlo, GU, and close to JR station, subway and AirPort Express. I opted for breakfast and enjoyed the variety it offered. Not forgetting they allowed to deposit my luggage for 3 nights ahead of my stay. Love their flexibility!

CChanI forgot a scarf at the convenient store at the airport and the young lady (i believe she is a trainee) at the reception is so kind to call the store for me and asked them to hold it for me. Thank you!

AAnonymous UserA short 5 mins or so walk from Nagoya Station. They provide free toothbrushes and tea and coffee packets but you need to pay 100¥ for a hairbrush or razor. There’s also no water in the rooms but they have a vending machine on the second floor.

GGuest UserClose to Nagoya station. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants in the area.
The 1/F provided an open area where we could bring our food and enjoy our dinner.
Nice free breakfast. We liked the pancakes which was available in early morning.
It was a comfortable twin bedroom. We enjoyed a pleasant stay.

MMan ChiHighly recommended hotel-
1: Very good location (5 mins walk to JR)
2: Friendly staff, can speak simple English
3: Very nice view with big window, if you pay a little bit more) you are guaranteed to enjoy high floor view.
4: Downstairs of hotel has a big convenience store.
5: I really want to appreciate the staff from reception (Overnight shift - Very tall, skinny and wearing glasses). He helped me a lot since I lost my luggage key,I even approached him at 3 am, he was very patient and professional, help to find some other solutions, and he follow up with me in the next day and helped me again, even I experienced a bad time of lost the keys, but he made me feel I am so lucky and supportive! I really want to come back this hotel and Nagoya. Really appreciated for his kindles and support 🧡 - from a Hong Konger 🇭🇰

JjunhoI stayed here during my trip to Nagoya.
1. location
It has some locational advantages to look around Nagoya. This hotel is really close to Hisaya Odori station, and still quite close to Sakae station as well. It'll be a great benefit to travelers those planning to use Metro while traveling. We can reach many spots without transfer. Plus, many convenience stores nearby and Mirai tower is only about 5 min away.
2. service
I loved thier service. Some of staff can speak English, while some of them can merely understand a few words. But still they try their best to help us by using translators. Also they land us several things that you might need for long travel. (For example, nail clippers, chargers, etc) Plus, you can ask them about some tour information that you might find hard to search.
To add some, during my trip to Nagoya, I visited Takayama for 3 days. After that, I came back to Nagoya. During my trip to Takayama, they kept some of my luggage. So I didn't need to carry my suitcase all the way to Takayama. I loved there service.
3. facility
I didn't find much difficulties during my stays in this hotel. I slept well here. The only thing to point out is that refrige is not that big and its refrigeration is poor. But, still okay to cool down some beverages to carry around sufficiently so it was fine for me. Considering its price, that's good enough.
Plus, there is coin laundry(washing machine and drier) and ice machine.
4. cleanliness
As many hotels in Japan, the hotel is clean.
Overall, I was satisfied about the stay in this hotel, and willing to stay here when I have a chance to visit Nagoya again.
(+) p.s. For those who travel alone like me might not need many things from hotel, but you've got to spend money for accommodation since you are using room alone. This hotel will surely be a good choice for you.

KkyI recently stayed at this hotel and came away with a really positive impression. The property is clearly new, and the management does an excellent job maintaining its pristine condition. Everything from the lobby to the rooms sparkled with cleanliness.
One feature I particularly appreciated was the coin-operated laundry facility. It came in handy during my extended stay and saved me from having to search for a laundromat in an unfamiliar area. The machines were well-maintained and reasonably priced.
A heads-up for future guests - while the hotel is near the station, it's a bit of a trek on foot, especially if you're carrying luggage. You might want to consider taking a taxi, particularly if you're arriving late or during bad weather. The walk took me about 15-20 minutes, which isn't terrible, but it's something to keep in mind when planning your arrival.
Despite the slight distance from the station, I would definitely book this hotel again. The combination of the modern facilities, cleanliness, and convenient amenities like the laundry room made for a really comfortable stay. It offered great value for money, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

GGuest UserLocation wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look!
Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday.
Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax.
Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel!
Makes up good experience in japan.
Recommend hehe ~
