The hotel is at a perfect location in Gulou. We had to wait for 30-50 minutes for us to check in which was a frustrating. The room smells so horrible, like a sewage. The walls are old just covered with a wall paper. I have booked a place with a window but I got a very tiny window which didn’t make sense. The shower head was broke. It was so noisy in the morning.The room was filthy too, couldn’t walk barefooted. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. The horrible smell turned me off.

The good thing is that the front desk responds quickly to the call, and changed the sheets immediately. Fortunately, I brought a water bottle for the sheets. This situation is not easy to use. I stayed for two nights, and the housekeeper cleaned it up. In the end, I cleaned up the bagged liquid foundation that I hadn't used up yet. No, I didn't say anything, just said I didn't take it, which made me spend money to buy another one! The room is basically not soundproof, just try to be close, and the subway station is also close. I have never written such a long one. With an objective evaluation, I will not stay again.

The hygiene of the room is not good. I just wiped it with a tissue and it was very dirty. A room without a window costs 235 yuan a night. The price/performance ratio is very low. I will never stay here again.
