"The hotel is cheaper than other hotels, but offers you a comfy stay. Out of every hotel that i stay in Japan, this is the best hotel for us.
the room is spacious, they have a good quality brand of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The amenities are free to take in the reception area.
They also have a free bus drive to airport which is very good for those who are afraid of losing the flight, since tokyo station to narita airport is far away."
"A reasonable hotel about 10 minutes from Narita AirPort. They provide a good bus service to and from the airport 2-3 times every hour. The room I had was clean and adequate size for an overnight stay. There isn’t anything near the hotel but they do have 2-3 restaurants onsite. The staff are very polite and happy to serve. Room cleaning is also very good. During my stay 24 - 25 Feb they had a garden light show that is an annual Jan and Feb event. It was very nice. Overall a pleasant experience for an overnight stay. Thank you."

"Only book this location if you are driving, or willing to take a taxi. Walking in and out of the location is not convenient. However, service and amenities were good"
"It's a bit out of the way and it's not convenient to walk from the JR station with your luggage. It also takes a while to find food. Better than being quiet and having a place to bathe"
"The hotel is near the airport and the service is very good and welcoming. The rooms are very cost-effective, comfortable, hygienic and clean. The toiletries used are very good and very refreshing. The cost-effectiveness is very high and the environment is very good."
"The welcome drink service was great.
I used it for an evening drink after work.
There are no restaurants nearby so you have to buy dinner at a convenience store or buy a bento box from the hotel.
The staff were very polite and the hotel was clean and comfortable."
"Convenient hotel for short stay as free shuttle pick up service at the terminal 1 bus station 16 .
Fast check in & out thru a machine . Nothing around the hotel except Lawson convenient store . Room is clean but space bit limited if you having big luggage."
"Great location (20min distance from airport), great service(ryokan style, english speaking employees, taxi reservations), great amenities including onsen items and fridge drinks (contemporary beers and high quality sake, coffee, traditional tea), great outfits, great breakfast, great nearby restaurants, great price, great hygiene
EVERYTHING IS GREAT"

Great
JJosephine Sow MeiThe hotel is ideal if you arrive late at night or need to catch an early flight from Narita Airport.
There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel. If you arrive in Terminal 2, walk out of the terminal and look for stop 31B. The hotel is a 15min ride away.
There is a Lawson store right inside the hotel and it is very convenient to for last minute shopping. Nothing much on the immediate vicinity of the hotel but it is easy to take the shuttle bus to have your meals at the hotel.
Size of room is reasonable and comfortable for a short stay.
BBk64Good location, big room with good view. Value for money. The 24h Lawson store is definitely a plus when you rush for time to the airport.
Parking is plentiful and only costs 400Y per day but you need to validate the ticket at the front counter before exit. Payment at the gate so make sure you have coins or small notes.
KKuanhuiConvenient Narita Stay
Excellent location near Narita Station, just one stop from Narita Airport (NRT), making it perfect for a pre-flight stay. Rooms are typically small for Japan but very clean. Breakfast choices were limited, but everything offered was delicious. Plenty of restaurants are available near the station, and the lovely Naritasan Omotesando street and Shinsho-ji Temple are only about a 15-minute walk away.
GGuest UserThis is 2nd time we stayed. 2 years ago it was good, so we are staying here again. But now it looked dated and furniture a bit worn out. Need some upgrading work. Breakfast still okay. However, the group tour pax were really loud and noisy, thus it looked like we were eating breakfast in a fish market. Staff in restaurant looked stressed and no smile at all. I will look for another hotel next time.
GGuest UserGreat location close to many restaurants and shops and the Narita station. However when we arrived to our room it smelled very strongly of smokes and was rather unpleasant to sleep with such a strong smell. This may be our error not releasing that it is ok for people to smoke in their rooms we didn’t do research. Overall the staff were super friendly and helpful, great accessible location just dissapointing the smell of smoking.
SSpacemanAUThe bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom.
The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel.
It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake.
Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.
BBabyBoeingThis is an institution for visitors who need a hotel close to Tokyo-Narita Airport for an early departure . The hotel is vast and the room is pretty spacious . It’s very good value for the rate. If your room includes breakfast too then you’re In for a treat . Most importantly , there’s a frequent shuttle between Tokyo-Narita Airport and the hotel as well as between the hotel and Narita town and Aeon Mall.
AAnonymous UserGood to have shutle bus service from Narita airport to hotel, but it would be better if there were more buses because the seats were almost full on the way back to hotel. Check- in was very fast and easy, amenities were nice; You will have to book the shuttle bus to go back to the airport by QR code in advance.
Regarding the room, it was quite old but okay.. When we entered to the restroom in our hotel room there were some trash left in the bin. Anyway on the way back to airport, shuttle bus service was on time. Hotel staff were polite and could speak very good English :)
PPhillip NobleThis is our second time staying at the ART Hotel.
Our last two days resting up before our flight back home. A free shuttle bus is available to the airport as well as into Narita town for shopping or the train station.
We shall use this place again on our next trip to Japan.
Thank you.
GGuest UserHotel is very near to both train stations in Narita, with many places for food, convenience stores, pharmacies, tourist street. It is an older hotel and well maintained and improved.
Staff were mostly hospitable apart from 1 or 2 younger female front desk staff at check in, who did not seem to welcome non Japanese speaking guests, even if they are polite senior citizens. That made the stay less then pleasant despite excellent service from the rest of the hotel staff.
