The people from the hotel are very well trained. Rooms are big. The bathroom had shower and thub. Very clean everywhere in the hotel though the age is showing. Meals were great, sea food, cheese, salads, lamb, etc. Fun program for small kids every day.

No issues with the facilities but be warned the hospitality of the hotel staff at Sol Nessbar Palace is the worst I've ever experienced. They will not shy from using foul language and treating you like something on the bottom of their shoe if they wish to do so. Good luck trying to get 5 star trea**ent from people who can't even crack a smile. Not a place I would ever go back to or advise anyone travel to due to the contempt these people have for guests. I would like to give a special dedication to Georgi and Mari for having no clue how to run a front of house reception at the hotel.

We arrived 13th may early hours we got greeted by Martin and mitko very friendly and he gave us a bag of food and he took our luggage up to our room for us. Very nice man Then we looked around our beautiful clean room with a pool view it was very nice. Amazing pools and slides The best bit what made our holiday was the amazing entertainment team Richo made our holiday and Ivan and then the twins who had just started! All the entertainment was brill. The bar man Ivan was very friendly and helped picked our cocktails. It was a super holiday would defiantly recommend 5 stars from the cheatah family! We will deffinaly be back.

This was a absolute lovely holiday from the time we arrived to checkout. Everyone super helpful in big and small things. Room spacious and comfortable, food fabulous loads of variety and choice. Backing on to a lovely safe beach for swimming and relaxing. Pools are great with slides for the kids. Animation team very active keeping everyone happy. Good transport links from hotel and nice for walking or running. Lovely spacious grounds. Thanks for a lovely 2 weeks to Dennis and his staff

On arrival to the hotel, the staff on reception greeted us with a smile. The restaurant was closed as we had a late arrival and there was a complimentary bag of snacks waiting for us with a bottle of water croissant and a bread bun with cheese and jam, which was lovely. We were shown to our rooms which had been upgraded to a sea view, the room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. There was a bath and separate shower which was very clean. On the morning we were shown to the restaurant which had lots to choose from, the food was delicious. After breakfast we took a stroll outside to have a look around, we had a private beach with sun-beds waiting for you to relax, there was a sea taxi to take you across to Nessebar old town which has lots of history. In the hotel grounds there was bars and snack bars everywhere including ice cream huts for the little ones.there was lots of different pools in which to relax, adult pools and children’s pools. Lots of parks to keep the little ones amused and also a water park in the hotel grounds. The staff through the day to keep guests happy and amused with different activities from yoga to archery, something different every day and the kids club to keep the little ones amused. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo, couples and definitely families as there is so much to do. This hotel is very clean, the food is great and the staff can not do enough for you, I would definitely give this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel, very friendly staff in reception and bar, rooms large and well equipped lots of amenities. May a bit early in the pool as chilly but large indoor pool and spa. Sister hotels not open just yet but got busier at the weekend. Would be lots for the children in high season.

Excellent stay at the Sol Nessebar Palace. The hotel has great facilities and is an easy 40 minute walk to Nessebar centre but you can also catch the regular public bus which stops very near the hotel for only 2 lev. Great choice and quality of food in the buffet restaurant. The staff here are all very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The weather was a bit mixed which is to be expected in May but the indoor swimming pool is a great plus. Overall, a very enjoyable stay

The best wedding anniversary celebration. This was thanks to the wonderful staff that made it all possible. The reservation manager Marieta was always approachable when I had questions to clarify. The reception staff had late night dinner packages ready when we arrived. The receptionist Martin, Josh and all the other receptionist were super friendly and ready to help. The bell desk Miketo( sorry if the spelling is wrong) and all of the staff at the house keeping and Food and beverage never took our request as a burden. The inclusiveness that the animation staff create must be mentioned. They all make our home away from home memorable. Hats off to the General manager who plays a key role in maintaining the standards of the fabulous hotel. We will definitely visit you soon

Wet good hotel and kind staff and the food is amazing definitely recommend for family and children and also couples who need a break. There’s water slides for the children to play on and there a spa for the adults to relax in when the children are at the kids club definitely recommend going to sunny beach and doing some of the excursions the staff are amazing and especially the entertainers like Richo, sunny, Alice very generous staff
