Very disappointed by the service of fab hotels and make my trip support promptness level. The issues faced during the stay is mentioned below, 1. The hotel had no supply of hot water and even when it was told to us that hot water is available from 7 am to 10.30 am it was not coming even after reconfirming twice with the hotel on the same. Instead yesterday when we arrived at 2 pm they said there is no hot water available and sent an electric heating rod which is really scary. Reference picture attached. 2.The bed linen on arrival on 11/11/2022 had stains from previous guest and felt like it was not changed after departure of previous guest and there were used soap and ladies hair clip still in the room from previous guest in the room. We still managed to sleep in that but today when we came back in the eveing to out room the *room was not serviced* and the linen was still the same and trashbin filled with garbage and bathroom dirty, We shared the same with the person at reception but nothing happened. 3.There are many amenities with are not functional and is in very dirty state like the minifridge is nasty with lot of molds and moreover is not working, there is ceiling light which is fuse, sofa which is broken- i realised it when i sat on it and it was about to collapse and luckily i managed not to fall, there is no charging plug points - if you have to charge your phone you need to disconnect the TV socket to use the plug point, the shower curtain is miserably moldy as if it has not been changed since ages, the safe locker in the room is not working and we wanted to keep the valuables inside it as its mentioned in the hotel's policy which is stuck behind the room door that guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings in the room,i don't know how to feel safe at this property 4. On top of that when today we came back to the hotel and went to collect the key at reception the receptionist behaved rudely saying he made a mistake giving a room to us and we are wrong in sharing our concerns as he get to hear because of that and concluded by saying that he will speak yo us later.This hotel staff feels like they are trying to harass the guests,first of all the service and quality is sub standard and on top of that the staff tries to threaten you.Exteamly unprofessional staff. Even after all this when we entered the room still no hot water as usual and when we called reception for it they said they have no alternative for hot water as they have discontinued to give heating rod which they provided yesterday(12/11/2022).When asked thrice for hot water they sent the same rod again to our room.
