During the several months of my stay in New Delhi, I changed several hotels and can responsibly say that this hotel is the best of those where I have stayed. The quality and cleanliness of the room, as well as the breakfast, completely satisfied me. The hotel's location (close to Central Park and the Connaught Place shopping area) is ideal. Very attentive and good-natured staff, whose members kindly helped me with various questions on several occasions. Next time I come to New Delhi, I am not going to choose among hotels - I want to stay only at Hotel Palace Heights, but I need to book a room in advance - the hotel is deservedly popular.
