The room was tiny and the bed sheets and pillows smelled like dirty hair. They could use somw bleach. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket but never received it.

Check in was quick. We were on the first floor and it was so loud at night -- the lobby worker had friends visiting whose voices echoed in the lobby until midnight. In the morning, the beeping of the waffle maker in the breakfast area was loud, even from the tin with the door closed. There were hairs on the bathroom and bed that were clearly not ours as they were not our hair type. The bathroom was so cramped that you cannot open the door fully because it hits the toilet. There was noise very loud in our room from what I think was hotel workers moving things. However, the price was low, the location was great, and it didn't feel unsafe. You get what you pay for, and it fulfilled our basic needs for a one night stay in the city.

The location of the hotel is very good. All major attractions are within walking distance. There are many eateries and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is new, the rooms are small. If you come for work or need to spend the night, ok. For family travelers with children, it is better to choose another hotel.
As for breakfast, this is a separate issue; the room, and this is the lobby, cannot accommodate all residents. So people had to wait. On the second day we ran out of sausages (apparently there was nothing else), the coffee machine broke down and we ran out of disposable forks. Nothing was decided within a day. The staff couldn't even resolve the issue with the forks. Overall the hotel is good, but not ready to be completely full.

The place is ok.
Room is cramped. No space for luggages but the floor and that would take up room and have to walk over it.
The bed sheets have a very large static. I had to remove it as i was getting a shock almost everywhere in the room.
Staff isn't as friendly and welcoming.
Great value for money as it came with a very limited breakfast selections and no other fees like resort etc.
As it was only me and my daughter who travelled, it was ok but if it were the whole family, I'd go somewhere else.
Location was really good, about 12 mins walk to 50th street station
Overall it was ok, i would probably go again if on a budget travelling solo or with another person.

Cheap hotel in a good location. Very tight rooms with bathroom door next to bed. Continental breakfast was OK, but some items had run out by 9 and room did not have much sitting. It is best to go down for breakfast before 8. Acceptable hotel for the price. Things that can be improved is cleaning and Wi-Fi. There was mold in the bathroom and wall-papered walls were dirty. Wi-Fi worked about half the time I tried. I would still stay here if it is one of the cheapest options in the area.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Was greeted by the most miserable woman working the front desk. When I asked her where I was able to park, she sharply replied “ we aren’t responsible for that” she couldn’t even be bothered to point me in the right direction to the nearest parking garage. Then after all that she tells me the queen bed suite I reserved and had already paid for wasn’t available, so I had to stay in a tiny bed with my legs hanging off the end. Just a horrible experience. The manager wouldn’t even look at me when I was trying to get the room situated. Don’t even bother with this place. Way better options in the city
