"Everything was perfect from start to finish! Puri Diamond Villas is a true haven of peace. The view over the jungle is absolutely incredible and makes the stay even more special. The service was outstanding, the villa was spotless, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They also arranged transportation for us with Wayan and his drivers, who were absolutely fantastic, very friendly, reliable and helpful. We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Bali!"

"The main thing I want to highlight is that the rooms are clean 👍🏻, which I understand is the most important thing in Bali. The staff are polite and always ready to help. The rooms are small, so for our family, we took two adjoining rooms. The rooms have air conditioning (there's no shampoo or shower gel, so bring your own). There's a small kitchen in the hotel with a kettle and a microwave. On the rooftop, there are tables and a refrigerator. It's set back from the main road, so access isn't great – it's a dirt road. There's construction nearby, but you can't hear it. The guesthouse itself is quiet and peaceful. For the price, it's a very good option 👍🏻. We took a taxi to the beach; it's about 20 minutes to Nusa Dua beach and 15 minutes to Jimbaran. Overall, we liked the hotel itself and wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, there were no rooms available for the weekend."

"The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kuta Beach, requiring you to walk through an alley. There are plenty of dining options nearby. This is a newly opened hotel with a very nice environment. It has a swimming pool and several lounge chairs. The rooms are quite large, new, and clean, with no unpleasant odors. However, I didn't see a hairdryer, perhaps because I was staying on the first floor. Once, I saw a centipede in my room, but given the tropical climate, insects are unavoidable. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Overall, it's definitely a great value for money choice. I would definitely consider this hotel again next time I visit Bali. A wonderful experience!"

"This hotel was a great choice, very satisfying! The staff service was excellent. It also has a small gym, an outdoor pool, and an outdoor mini-bar! My only regret is that due to a late flight, I didn't get to experience them 🥲. The room itself was great, but I'd advise guests to bring their own bath towels, as the ones provided by the hotel were a bit dirty. It also comes with a small kitchen. Overall, it was a very good and fantastic experience 😁"

"Very delightful stay!!! The rooms are very comfortable with peaceful surroundings, minimal setting, great amenities, interior is beautiful, pool is incredibly clean and fresh water. The receptionist lady who welcomed us was very pleasant, polite, and accommodating. She's ready with all the check-in processes, giving clear information about the hotel facilities, and very patience with all of our questions. Very good first impression. Ms. Dewi, one of the ower, was also very helpful and informative, pleasant to talk to and made our stay very memorable. Breakfast was great with open upper-floor view, surrounded by lush green of coconut tree and peaceful setting, meal was very filling and good varieties. They might need to consider adding the complete package on breakfast menu as it was not elaborate well on what comes with each breakfast serving. E.g. American breakfast served with eggs, potato, grilled tomato, lettuce, sausage, bread selections, coffee/tea, and slices of fruits. Overall, it was an amazing experience to stay at The Dura. "We stayed as a family with our child. We booked a room with a pool view. It was terribly noisy to sleep with the balcony open; people were splashing in the pool until late at night, making it impossible to sleep. Keep this in mind if you need quiet. We thought the bed would be king-size, but it was just a standard double. Our son slept with us, and it felt a bit cramped. The room itself is also small. We only came back to sleep, so it was fine for us. There's a safe, fridge, kettle, and daily tea/coffee/sugar/water. We dried our clothes on hangers on the balcony, even though we probably weren't supposed to! So, location: there are several shops nearby, an exchange office, and a cafe with a good menu and prices. We didn't like the hotel's beach, so we rented a moped for 90,000 IDR per day from a place near the hotel and went to Nusa Dua and Melasti beaches. They provide beach towels. On the first floor, there's a washing machine and dryer for 75,000 IDR per token. We were disappointed with breakfast; by the third day, we didn't even want to go, even though we're not picky, but it was literally the same every day. There was no fruit, or if there was, only the bananas were edible. The pool water was awfully cold. The presence of a children's play room was a pleasant surprise; for that, it gets 5 points. Room service was excellent. In general, for 9 nights at 93,000, the price-quality ratio is good considering the location. But we probably wouldn't return."

"Good hotel in a quiet area. They have two buildings; we initially arrived at the wrong one and were directed to the other. We had the simplest room with a small window and a mini-kitchen. It was quite cozy, perfect for one night. There's also a gym and a swimming pool."

"I really enjoyed my stay! The place was comfortable, welcoming, and I felt completely safe as a female solo traveler. I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"This is a nice hotel … it’s modern and large. Why give 4/5 stars for each item? Cleanliness: one towel from previous customer left by accident. No big deal but you know…. Location; it’s good to some extent but the walk to ubud is .. not easy, it’s close but the road has little walking room. Again, no big deal. Service: well it’s pretty good, has multiple tv issues and they did come to fix, having a staff member walk in without knocking while doing the deed was unacceptable. No biggie.. Amenities: no conditioner. Dishwashing liquid was hand wash, no phone, need to exit room to see reception. But the Infiniti pool and general area was very cool. So overall, it’s a great place but not quite top notch, but the excellent price also made it worthwhile."

"The room itself was beautiful: new, clean bathroom fixtures, a wonderful glass-walled shower/tub, a great selection of towels, and lovely lighting. HOWEVER: - It was incredibly noisy nearby: there's a road right next to the entrance of the room. At 5 AM, the call to prayer started, followed by sirens several times. By 6:30 AM, children began arriving at a school located just 3-4 meters from the entrance – it was loud, chaotic, with singing coming from the school grounds. - The room's location (in my opinion) wasn't well thought out during construction: during the day, the area around the small pool gets unbearably hot, and the sun shines directly into the room's windows. There's hardly any greenery around the pool area. - It's isolated from civilization: there's nowhere to go for lunch or dinner. Absolutely nothing nearby, not even a shop. Breakfast is offered for purchase on-site, but apparently only when the bar staff arrive (we left at 7:30 AM for Uluwatu, and they weren't there yet). There's no kettle, and they don't provide one even upon request. My husband really wanted to be able to make tea whenever he wished. CONCLUSION - We had to check out after the first night, even though we had booked for three."
