Family-friendly Hotels in Ningbo

The hotel is great. From check in to check out everything was excellent. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were prepared for us so that we could use them straight away. It was clean and there was a healthy welcome snack. The breakfast buffet was breathtaking. It's a shame that you get so full so quickly that you can't try everything. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a room with a river view and the lights in the evening were beautiful. Definitely recommendable. Thank you!

New Century Resort Jiulong Lake exceeded all my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to be helpful and offering valuable tips on things to do in the area. 包智慧 was especially kind and helpful! The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the water, giving it a tropical vibe. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the resort was very family-friendly. While it was a shame that the outdoor pool was only open in July and August, the indoor pool and hot tub were still great. The resort's proximity to the Scenic Area allowed for a day of exploration, with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and a lovely temple. The resort was surrounded by lush trees, creating a serene atmosphere that I highly recommend. The option to rent bikes and participate in various activities added to the enjoyment of the stay. I particularly appreciated the pleasant bonfire evenings with music, which provided a nice touch without being too loud. Overall, I highly recommend New Century Resort Jiulong Lake as a place to relax and unwind. It's conveniently located just a 45-minute taxi ride from the Ningbo train station.

Truly stunning. A warm welcome with amenities and extras all explained. Booked a spa trea**ent and dinner from the front desk. The lake facing room had the best view I've ever had from a hotel. A shuttle service to take us to the spa village. The spa trea**ents were in a cute massage house with excellent service. Dinner was at the fish restaurant which had a variety of reccomended dishes as well as meat or veg options. This allowed for a nice walk back in the evening going around the grounds. Good facilities with a lovely indoor pool and a games room. Breakfast had a huge amount of choice that was constantly being refilled. One downside was children running around with whistles blaring but that is down to poor parenting not the hotel. Nice again to walk around the grounds after breakfast. The room had a comfy bed and huge windows to show the view. A very nice bath too but it would've been improved by including some bath salts or bath lotion. Downsides - the air conditioning in the room wouldn't drop below 24°, fapiaos were a little complicated and not exactly how we wanted it, the shuttle buggys could be slow to arrive and the drivers could dissappear and you would wait for 10 minutes with no driver. The 'Red bar' was also closed so no where to go for a quiet drink. Overall I would give and 4 3/4 stars out of 5

The resort and room are beautiful. We went for 1 night just to use the pool. The pool was lovely and huge. I was shocked how cold the air conditioner in the room was because it was so hot outside. This made me so happy. We rented a golf cart to ride around for 80 rmb for 30 minutes. That was fun. The room was great and bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen. It was a nice weekend but honestly I wouldn’t return. You can only spend so much time in the pool and there is nothing else to do around the hotel. If you like sitting in nature and reading a book or meditating you will love the place.

The experience of staying in Kaiyuan is very good. First of all, when checking in at the front desk, a little housekeeper Lu Rui added my WeChat and helped me upgrade my room for free. After checking in, I also sent fruits and good night drinks. The facilities and facilities in the room are very good, and the hygiene is also good. The housekeeper Lu Rui also sent me delicious places nearby and thoughtfully sent me the location of the hotel. I learned that my flight was five o'clock and helped me late check out to three o'clock. This trip, I thank the housekeeper Lu Rui for her service and praised her. I had a very pleasant stay at Wanda Moments. I am in-between apar**ents and needed to stay nearby family. Xiao Qui specifically and the rest of the staff really took care of me. I planned on staying one night but due to Xiao’s amazing customer service and her attention to customer care, I decided to stay 3 nights. The hotel has a Harry Potter vibe which I love, really convenient location with a mall nearby and very clean. I love the smart toilet addition in the Deluxe rooms! Thank you Wanda Moments!

This is the sixth Junlan I have stayed in. First of all, I would like to thank Xiao Deng at the front desk and Manager Jiang on duty. We were trapped in the scenic area by heavy rain at 10 o'clock at night. After contacting the hotel, they sent a car to pick us up. The hotel itself does not charge any fees, and individuals do not accept red envelopes. I can only praise it in the comments. It is very thoughtful and considerate service. The hotel is very new and well maintained. The hot spring is comfortable and clean. The scenery of the scenic area next to it is pleasant. The breakfast is also OK. There is no flaw. It is highly recommended

The room is comfortable and clean, and the service staff is friendly and attentive. Since we did not reserve the buffet in advance, we were informed that the restaurant had been booked by a group when we arrived that day. Manager Guo immediately coordinated and arranged for us to switch to the Italian restaurant on the second floor to enjoy the set menu. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and we were full. Hahaha. In the evening, they called us about our taste and asked if we needed any help. Xiao Yu, the concierge, gave us a surprise. It was so welcoming. I will stay at the Sheraton next time I go to Ningbo.

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

This is our second time visiting Yinfeng Holiday Resort and we enjoyed it a lot with our kids! The locations is great and close to Xuedou Mountain and Shanglianggang ski resort! The grounds are large with lots of space for kids to run and play around. We just recommend a few western dishes be added as an option at the restaurant and some bicycles or scooters for hire should be great. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay special...even washing our mud stained jackets and shoes after kids had a bit of a tumble.
