The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and luxurious decoration. Every staff member in the lobby has a very good attitude. The handsome guys and beauties at the front desk are very warm and polite. There are snacks in the lobby for the guests waiting to check in. The guests are related to Qihai and took the initiative to make tea and deliver water for me. The service is thoughtful, which is worthy of praise. The room is also relatively large, there is no cramped feeling, the sheets and quilt cover are very white and new, and you can sleep comfortably and at ease. The food in the Chinese restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast and buffet are also good.

When we checked in, Xiaoliang at the front desk saw that we were traveling with children, so he arranged an upgrade for us, so that we could stay more comfortable and happy! The room we stayed in was big and clean. The staff could not speak English; however there was one lady who could speak English and was very kind and helpful. When she was not there, we had trouble communicating to the staff. They were not efficient enough and I think there was a lot of miscommunication; however the hospitality could have been better. The TV in our room was big and had many channels, but the movies did not work. Buffet breakfast is Chinese. I think it’s a great hotel with many facilities, but I did not feel very comfortable and feel that the staff could be better in handling foreigners better.

There is a shared tram on the roadside. It’s very comfortable to drive for 2 days. Interesting stay, I really liked the Mongolian style interior. Made it a unique stay. The staff was not as super. My wife was rudely pushed the extra blanket we requested (before booking and then again on arrival) in her hands by an annoyed member of staff. They seemed preoccupied with a large group/party that also stayed there, but that’s not my fault. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this interesting hotel.
