Hotel with great location and easy to find. The room was good and there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and there is a sharing pantry and laundry room for guests. A really good budget hotel with nice and friendly staff.

The receptionists with whom I had contact (three altoghether) were all very friendly (sincere heart-felt friendliness) and helpful with any request or question I came up with. The room (single on 5th floor) was a bit small, bit in relation to price paid still OK. A friend had booked a business room (price difference was not that high); this was spacious, nice in style and had a private sauna. Free coffee, tea and small pastries all day (self-made, not bought!).

Breakfast at scandic's hotels seems to be exactly the same, very rich and very good. The front desk staff were also very friendly and friendly, and the experience was great. Very close to the fat police and the market, there are many places to eat nearby, but they are all expensive.

Overall, this hotel is very good. The staff at the lobby desk are very considerate. I checked in too late on the first night and found that the washbasin in the bathroom was broken, which surprised me! The next day, we negotiated with Ctrip to change rooms. Although the breakfast was not very rich, it had a well-balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It was no problem to feel full. It was only a few minutes' walk to the city center!

This studio was very clean, silent , nice neighborhood, everything you have in the apartment. Very good bathroom with good shower and warm floor. Everything was new and fresh. Very good beds and sheets. I recommend to everyone to rent this place. This is quality . My girlfriend @ Laura Felea rented this place and we loved it! Old fashioned hotel in the heart of Oulu and very near of the railway station. Did not startle. Had to wait staff when checked in :(. The room was ok, the bed comfortable and there were enough pillows. Maybe the cleaning woman was too short, because the upper shelf was dusty in the wardrobe. Nice bar. Breakfast ok, but the personnel (youngsters) did not bring the finished porridge soon enough to get any. The egg butter needed more butter, was difficult to spread over the Karelian pie. However, the variety of food met the satisfaction.
