We found this cottage at the last minute and arrived late in the evening. Too bad because the place was charming. Beautiful view of the mountain that we discovered the next morning. We would also have liked to take advantage of the small restaurant bar to chat with the locals, but we left early in the morning. Unpretentious but very pleasant cottage :)

The K7 Bed and Breakfast was as advertised. It was very clean and Patty was excellent. It was a super easy check in and everything was ready when we arrived (early). Very comfortable and cute rooms. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately I couldn’t. First off they advertise a hot breakfast on their sign and also online. Instead we were given cold cereal, fruit and packaged honeybuns in our room. The front desk woman, who was very nice, blamed lack of staffing. I found several hairs in the shower and my son found one on his pillow. Our ice bucket was dirty and had no liner. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbor’s conversation. The place has potential but several improvements are needed.

Cozy spot. Good clean basic accommodation. Staff ere very pleasant and helpful. About15 or so minutes from Pahrump. Adjoining pizza shop makes great pizza.

K7 was a wonderful place to stay! In no particular order:
*Patty and everyone else we communicated with were friendly and helpful.
*The location was a great intermediate spot between Death Valley and Vegas. I would encourage others to stay here.
*If you did not want to search around town, K7 also has both pizza and a pub option within throwing distance.
*The room was clean, thoughtful, and as described when we looked it up online before booking.

This has been a great place to stay! Very friendly checkin. We enjoyed the nice size room with 3 queens beds for our family. We also liked all the simple extra touches!

The breakfast was dry cereal and milk, a few little donuts and apple juice and a few fruit in our room- Al carbs.

It was a great property. It was a reasonable price. The hotel manager was, easy to talk to,and was willing to give us a code if we came into town late. It was pleasant all the way around.
The continental breakfast was even in our room upon arrival.
