I landed at the local airport and realized my organization has booked a hotel 187 miles from my location. Without much fuss, I was able to find this hotel, which I picked off of ratings online, and get into a room pretty quickly. This is a wonderful (beautiful, clean) hotel set in a lovely beach community. This is a tourist area which the local citizens treat with pride and respect. There is a canal running parallel to the walkway that goes straight to the beach. The staff members, to a person, were incredibly helpful and thankfully multilingual. I arrived while the weather was less than ideal and I would love to see this in the summer time. Both the hotel and the surround area appear to be quite kid-friendly as well.

A great room with one bedroom and a living room equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Clean. The best location is 50 metals from the central pedestrian street. There is a rental bicycles and scooters. From the downsides - a paid parking and a very small pool for a hotel of this size. Visit the pool is better for money than in free time (09-13:00), when people are more than water in the pool . Breakfast for three , but maybe it is due to COVID restrictions. Therefore, the overall estimate is 4+ . Recommended for rest with family.

The hotel has 3 stars and in total you should not receive more. It was not bad, but we will certainly not go to it anymore. Plus: location - about 300 m to the main market of the old city with restaurants and shops. Around 40 minutes walk to the port, while very far from the beach. Very large plus is cleanliness: very clean and good cleaning, daily vacuum cleaning, feel chlorine and cleaning in the bathroom, in this respect a great plus. Denials: total stools with parking. First they say it is free, then on the leaflets they delete it with a pen. Eventually it is free but only 10 places in front of the hotel are permanently occupied. They are also in the back of the hotel, but you can't park there and you're threatening a mandate. So the drama with parking and do not write about free parking enough hotel guests who stop on holiday in this hotel .... The hotel area is average - on the one hand, the beer museum, on the other, the ripped and rolled apartment block. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are some kind of communist drama with shower without the possibility of adjustment. Breakfast: first very, very modest, second hotel restaurant so small that people either stood in line or had to sit on the terrace and nest there. In the main room only 4 tables for the entire hotel guests in hours of course 8:00-10:00. Even the reception is so dim and slow that queues for check-in were often created. I generally think that the hotel itself is not bad, but definitely not at the price you have to pay for it. The price is completely inadequate to the quality and I will finish my description.

What we liked: Very spacious and clean room. Good food. Pool and spa area, very warm water in the pools. Close to the sea (approx. 600 m walk through a pine tree forest). Bathrobes in the room; pools are conveniently in the same building so there is no need to undress and dress up fully before going to the pool and after it. Nice staff. What we didn't like: Our room was on the second floor, directly over the pool area, so we heard constant humming (pool pumps or some other pool equipment) whenever we were in the room during the daytime (pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the evenings, so we could hear the noise in our room all the time, except for the night). The floors of the pools are very strange - they have different levels which are not gradual - you could be standing in the 1.4 m depth area on one foot and would not touch the floor with another foot as it is 1.7 or 1.8 m deep. Very bright lights of the AC unit and power control unit in the room - we had to cover them with whatever at night so that they would not hinder us to sleep: the blue light of the power unit, in particular, shone so brightly that it seemed that the door was not shut tight and the light was coming in from the corridor.
