Positives, + Pools, children’s splash pool especially, however, they aren’t heated. + Restaurant and Bars clean and modern + Staff very friendly Negatives, - Rooms outdated and some in bad need of repairs eg.. cracked wall tiles. - Entertainment was flat, the children’s evening entertainment was the same every night.. even the playlist was the same songs in the same order - Food was a typical English selection, no fish in sight and also rather flavourless - Poor location, surrounding area looks derelict - Only one baby changing room, so be prepared for a queue Overall I wouldn’t go again, good holiday, poor choice of hotel

Went here for 9 nights all inclusive with my partner. Could not fault the hotel, staff, cleanliness, or our room. Everything was just so fantastic from day one. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you had the best possible experience! The entertainment team never stopped (except for their 1 day-off every Wednesday). They were always providing activities for people of all ages around the hotel and were absolutely spot on, all day and night! The only critical feedback I have is that there isn't very much choice of food for people with food allergies, even though everything is labelled. The food was always very tasty and well prepared, and presented. A special thank you to Noah, who made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. He always went out of his way to say hello and was always smiling, despite having to do Water Zumba in hot weather, while we're all in the pool where it's cool. Thank you to Natalie and all the other waitresses and waiters, and the bar staff, you was amazing at taking our drink orders and looking after us the whole holiday. 10 out of 10.

The hotel was everything that you could wish for, The bar staff brilliant, the restaurant staff what can you say about them, absolutely amazing George the restaurant manager and his staff a big thank you. Food was excellent. Thank you, From Mandy and Chris

First time in pathos & I can honestly say it's gonna be the last. We arrived at the hotel around 6pm. Checking in was pleasant & quick. Room Our room was on 2nd floor in main building so was easy to find. Room was adequate had plenty of drawers & cupboard space would have preferred drawers at side of bed (personal preference) Tea & coffee facilities available, hairdryer in draw & a mini fridge which is very very cold. No water provided which i found strange never been to a hotel where water wasn't provided. The view from our room was disgusting. Pictures provided. They have uk plug sockets also. The shower was fantastic no complaints there. They do give miniature shampoo conditionar etc. As for the beds omg 😱 the most uncomfortable I've ever endured on holiday 2 single beds pushed together on wheels & trust me whenever you moved the bed moved with you 😡 I never got a decent night's sleep in the whole week we were there. FOOD AI food was adequate not the best I've had but not the worst,I am a fussy eater though. One thing my husband was buzzing with is they had proper baked beans for breakfast lol. Alcohol Drinks were fine quite strong tbh. For the brits they do carling but for €4 didn't rate the coffee. SUNBEDS As for sunbeds people we're getting up early to put towels down, we also did otherwise you'd only get the ones in shade. People were putting towels down, sometimes before 7 as one morning my husband couldn't find any. We took our own towels but they do give you towels with a €20 deposit. Which you get back at end of holiday. HOTEL I'm honestly not sure why this hotel gets so much praise its small & the surrounding area is a dump. As for bars & restaurants there is a few but nothing special. We went to the harbour, yet again nothing special. This hotel is mainly for families. The amount of kids there at this time of year was unbelievable & I know for sure there aren't any school holidays. A lot of toddlers screaming shouting crying everywhere we went. So if your like me & want a relaxing holiday this place probably isn't for you. ENTERTAINMENT The entertainment guys were good the kids seemed to love them as for the shows they were very lame. Also they seriously need to change the chairs outside there so uncomfortable. All reviews about the staff are spot on. So friendly always happy to help. All said & done for what we paid for this hotel shouldn't be surprised for what we got. Some people will be very pleased with it. Unfortunately it wasn't for us.

Amazing holiday lovely hotel very clean and entertainment of an evening brilliant. Great to go the zoo hotel reception booked it all and it included the transfers to. The harbour a ten min walk was lovely to get down there and the water sports was a great price not to expensive

Excellent all inclusive hotel. Food was best I’ve had in a long time. Staff were great, so pleasant and courteous, special thanks to Suzette. Nothing was a bother and dining hall was run very well and kept so clean. 2 great pools for the kiddies and separate adult pool. Great area for historical trips. No complaints at all. First and hopefully not last visit to Cyprus.

Hotel accommodated to every age, has a good variety of different pools and had loads of sunbeds. Food was good with different themed dinners every night. Entertainment was great every evening. I want to give a special shout out to Noah the entertainer he went above and beyond everyday with everyone including us, always made time to have a chat and always had us laughing, he is a credit to the hotel.

Noah the entertainer at Mayfair hotel was brilliant he went above and beyond to help and just generally made time to speak to people that was staying there! He always had us laughing every time we saw him, the kids also loved him. All in all he made our stay even better! Top guy! (Picture for reference)

25 years of going to this Hotel and the updates done over this time make this hotel a very good 3 star +hotel or apar**ents. Reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. Restaurant food is of good quality with different theme nights (French, Asian, bbq, Italian etc). Both George's, Julia, Elenet, Margarita are all staff we have known for years. They all speak English and are very friendly and polite. If you have an allergy problem ask either George's and they will help with alternative options. The bar staff are as friendly as the rest of the staff (Laura, bar manager and Larisa are 2 people to look out for). Entertainment team work hard especially for the children's disco at 8,30. Cristiana is a very enthusiastic and friendly entertainer for the children and karaoke on a Saturday night. All in all a very good hotel for 3 star +.
