SsunnyAs a business traveler with high standards for accommodation quality, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The facilities are brand new, the gym is well-equipped, and the laundry room even has dryers – absolutely perfect for those on a business trip. I especially want to commend the gentleman at the front desk, employee #6. Not only was check-in efficient, but he also proactively asked if I needed printing services when he saw me with documents. Ms. #2, another front desk staff member, gave a detailed introduction to the dining options and transportation around the hotel. This kind of professional service attitude made me feel incredibly comfortable. It's definitely a trustworthy choice for a stay in Changsha.

RrhzyThis hotel has a really stylish vibe, especially the lobby and restaurant areas. The service was excellent; they provided breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The photography service was also great – the photographer was very helpful, and there were no hidden extra charges for photos. There's a self-service laundry room, or you can have the butler take care of it for you. It's a great choice if you want to experience Chaozong Street. The only minor drawback is that, being nestled among old houses, the views aren't very expansive, but that's not the hotel's fault; guests choose this style for themselves. In the room, the toilet didn't flush automatically, and the button was a bit confusing. The hot water kettle was also a bit tricky to use and leaked a little. I hope the hotel pays more attention to maintaining these smaller items.

The bedding was neat and odorless, and there were no water stains or smudges in the bathroom, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. All the facilities worked properly; the air conditioning and hot water were both excellent, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were super nice, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The environment was quiet and not noisy, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Review: I originally booked the room before booking and also made a note of the request, but there was still a problem with the stay. I changed the room 2 times in the middle, but it is worth mentioning that the service is very good. We arrived late at night. Ms. Liu at the front desk of the hotel has been smiling and patiently solving the problem. There are not many types of breakfast. I went downstairs to eat breakfast at 9:30. Some meals are already cold. The only grape juice is also bottomed out. If you sleep lightly, you must say hello to the hotel in advance. Some room types will have air conditioning noise. The shower room of the first room arranged leaks out. The sanitary napkin is offensive. The sound of the upstairs has been squeaking, the hardware facilities have problems, and the noise audio cannot be uploaded.
Location: There is a supermarket at the entrance of the hotel, not far from the attractions, there is a subway line 2/4 not far from the hotel, it is more convenient, there is a good restaurant across the road.
Overall: the service is very good,

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and very comfortable. I originally just picked this hotel randomly when visiting Changsha, but it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! The natural light was great; when the sun shone in, I felt so warm and cozy. Plus, check-out was at 1 PM, and the hotel even extended it for us by an hour. They also gave us a small gift when we left, which was a lovely touch. Excellent service, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha.

GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded our expectations! They even upgraded our room without us asking, which was a lovely surprise. My child immediately declared it the best hotel we've stayed in so far! It's conveniently located right by the subway station, with direct access to the hotel's B1 level. Popular areas like Wuyi Square are just one or two stops away. I didn't take any photos of the interior, but it looks exactly like the pictures they advertised.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved the room layout – every angle was picture-perfect! The bed was so soft and comfy, I slept like a baby. The high-rise river view was simply stunning. They even had a full-length mirror in the room, which shows great attention to detail. The lobby’s black and white decor combined with the warm fireplace created such a sophisticated vibe. You should definitely check out the selfie studio downstairs, and the breakfast was delicious too!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
