Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

Service: The hotel's service is truly five-star. We were greeted by a staff member named Qingguo, who patiently escorted us from the parking lot back to the hotel and then thoroughly explained various touring strategies for Wuzhen. Environment: The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hotel's gardens and pavilions are perfect for photos, so you don't have to go out and deal with crowds. Dining: For breakfast, the hotel offers two dining options, and we chose the one at 'Siyi'. The breakfast here is quite exquisite, what we'd call 'pretty food.' The interior environment is also very photogenic, so you can easily snap some pictures after your meal.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

This guesthouse boasts an ideal location, situated right next to Gate 2 of Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk away. It's also conveniently close to prominent attractions like the permanent site of the World Internet Conference and the Internet Light Exhibition Center. For visitors planning to explore Xizha Scenic Area, this spot is incredibly convenient, saving a significant amount of time and effort. **Pleasant Ambiance** * The guesthouse maintains a consistently clean and tidy environment. Its interior design features a 'light luxury' style, offering a blend of simplicity and elegance. * The rooms are exquisitely decorated, particularly the themed rooms, where unique ornaments, bedside lamps, and feature walls are thoughtfully chosen to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. **Excellent Facilities** * Room amenities are brand new and include 24-hour air conditioning, hot water, smart TVs, and private Wi-Fi, catering to all guest needs. * A wide variety of room types are available, such as King, Twin, Family, and special King-size rooms. Some even come equipped with trendy electric chairs, ensuring there's an option for every group's preference. **Attentive Service** * The owner and staff provide warm and exceptionally thoughtful service, offering 24-hour hassle-free butler assistance. They also extend pick-up and drop-off services within the Wuzhen area, including transfers to/from the station, making guests feel truly valued. * They are also very caring towards children, providing kid-friendly facilities and entertainment options, which significantly eases travel for families with little ones. **Outstanding Dining** * The guesthouse has a restaurant on its ground floor, serving authentic and delicious local Wuzhen specialty dishes at very reasonable prices. * The surrounding area offers an extensive array of dining options, including numerous breakfast spots, bars, cafes, snack shops, and trendy 'Instagrammable' restaurants.

We chose this hotel when we took our kids to Wuzhen for a competition. The room was spacious and came with a fridge. The cleaning staff tidied up every day. It's also very close to Xizha, just a few minutes' walk away. We originally booked three nights online, and the kids loved Wuzhen and Wucun so much that they wanted to stay a couple more days after the competition. However, it was a Friday and Saturday, and with other competitions going on, the platform prices were already quite high. We asked the proprietress if she could give us a discount, and she was very accommodating, extending our stay for two nights at the same price we booked online. She's a kind and lovely person. We'll definitely stay here again when we come for the competition next year! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, though, so here are a few pictures of Wuzhen and Wucun instead.

Overall, my stay was a mixed experience. The day before check-in, I contacted customer service to see if I could switch from a twin room to a king-size bed. After some discussion, a hotel staff member called me back to confirm the change was possible. They also asked for my estimated arrival time and mentioned I could check in early if the room was vacant. However, upon arrival at the front desk around 11 AM on check-in day, I was told the room wasn't ready and cleaning would take about an hour. We left our luggage and returned an hour later, only to be told again that the king-size room wasn't ready. They then checked other rooms and said another king room would be ready in 15 minutes, but if we couldn't wait, a standard room was available. When I agreed to take the standard room, the front desk suddenly said another king-size room was available but then mentioned it was a different room type or something similar! In the end, we were given a standard room, and I was very unhappy with this process. Finally, the butler confirmed my breakfast preference, offering a choice between a traditional breakfast or dim sum (morning tea). I chose dim sum, expecting the butler to relay this information to the front desk. However, when I inquired at the front desk that afternoon, they said there was no reservation and that the dim sum was fully booked for the day. Luckily, others in my group had managed to make a reservation, otherwise, we would have missed out on the dim sum experience. So, while the hotel itself was decent, the service and information synchronization definitely need improvement.

The Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a place where the host is incredibly warm-hearted – someone who looks after your every move, worries whether you're hungry, frets if you get caught in the rain or scorched by the sun – then this is the place to come. (I forgot to take some picture about room, but in general, like how it is on the hotel bio) The rooms still retain an old-world charm, perfectly matching the ancient town's beauty, and they're right by the river too. Of course, since it's an old town area, there are bound to be crowds, and a bit of noise from passersby is only to be expected. The car pickup/drop-off service and the Hanfu (traditional Chinese costume) rental are both very good. In short, whatever you need, the host has it – and whatever you're planning to do, it's always a good idea to ask the host first, because you'll always get great suggestions and extra-special care. Facilities: The room is very good, very suitable for couples to take photos, and the view of the small bridge opposite is great! Hygiene: The room hygiene is very good, nothing to fault Service: The boss picked us up from Xizha in the evening and helped us pick up our luggage at noon and deliver our luggage the next day. He was really considerate! The service is very attentive!

My friend and I booked Alila Wuzhen for our 10th anniversary, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design and layout are very serene and comfortable; as soon as you enter, you feel secluded, ready to begin your vacation. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Kevin, provided incredibly thoughtful service. Any request we had was quickly addressed, making us feel right at home. A big thumbs up! 👍🏻 The service was top-notch. For instance, we brought two cakes for our anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully helped us store them. The Garden Villa room type is very spacious, with a large sofa, accommodating the needs of multiple guests, perfect for a dinner celebration or anniversary. They even thoughtfully provided a small cake and decorations. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and you could order several à la carte items. I recommend the braised beef noodles and beef congee. Although there was a small incident with other guests, the hotel quickly and efficiently resolved it. A good hotel needs to be 'capable of handling issues' and 'responsible'. I really loved the infinity pool, which offered views of egrets and wetlands, making me feel very relaxed and happy. In the evening, the bar had a live band. The two performers were very professional. I absolutely loved their cover of 'Deadman' last night; it was so mesmerizing. Experiencing Alila at night in the bar had a unique charm. The package included a travel photography service. I've experienced this at other hotels, but Alila's was arguably the best. The photographer, Mr. Li Junjie, was very professional. He gave natural guidance, avoiding stiff poses, and provided great emotional value, resulting in truly stunning photos. He spent over an hour shooting across multiple scenes and locations. Many thanks! We truly need more people who are so dedicated to their work in life. There were also many cultural activities. The handicraft instructor was incredibly helpful, explaining each step in detail and with great patience. Essentially, every staff member at Alila offered service with a smile. Their professionalism is very high. I'm also grateful to the aunt who came to make up our bed late at night, even though I don't know her name. All of the above are reasons why I had such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.
