Nice area. Good, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Lobby under construction. It took many attempts to get key cards to work in door. Cushioned bench was stained. Bathroom walls had large yellowing stains around sink and toilet.

Lights did not work in bathroom above sink, nor door entry light. TV did not work as well just said no signal whole time. Told them about our situation and they were able to fix one light for the entry but never fixed the tv nor bathroom. Asked if their would be any compensation for things not working in the rooms and the desk people just took our info but did not act like it would go any further. Would not recommend.

My stay was wonderful. The agent had recommended a restaurant that was within 800 feet of this hotel. The food was delicious.

This is my go to Hotel. It’s always clean and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay as always.

We stayed at this Hotel for a family event, along with several other families with rooms. The hotel was under renovation which we were not informed of beforehand. That said, the management was accommodating to provide us a room to gather. The room was bigger than expected. Only real update needed was the bathroom wallpaper. If not for the current renovations and updates to the room, I would have rated higher.

Room needed updated, requested a king bed and got 2 queens. Old tv. No weights in the work out room.

This is a better place to stay in a highly convenient location. I’d give it 5 stars but the curtains had this 1 inch gap that wouldn’t close entirely. I’ll pack banana clips next time… If you can stay here by all means do it!

The site is under renovation. Room 320 had issues with the HVAC unit. The blower was on high and couldn't be turned off. Was moved to another room.... The breakfast food was excellent.!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would probably stay there again, but certain items and incidents is why I gave it only an average rating. First off, checking in was great. The staff person was very friendly and checked us quickly and efficiently. My only complaint I feel was not knowing when the Continental Breakfast ended. She did let us know where it was located due to remodeling of the hotel. The room was very clean and was bigger than we expected. What I didn’t understand is why the office chair that was obviously broken was not replaced or repaired. That to me was just laziness not to be addressed. Like I said though, in the start of this review, that did like our stay overall and would stay again there. And if those 2 items were not an issue with our stay, this would have received a 5 star rating.
