Perfect location overlooking the Duomo/ Rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast, they also have a jacuzzi and deck chairs to sit and tan with 360 degree views of the town. Each room has it’s own unique design and artwork. Walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants in town. We stayed there when it was 40 degrees and the whole hotel including our room was very well air-conditioned. Breakfast buffet has some delicious homemade sweets and cakes. Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall a very fun, trendy and unique hotel to visit.
Hotel Villa Romana

Very tired and very basic and small rooms which were quite dark The lift was so old and noisy and the wooden doors to reception masked the exit so you never knew when to get off so often ended up in the basement The pictures were definitely not any of the rooms we stayed in – our rooms were damp, dingy, basic old furniture and in need of renovation The town of Piazza Amerina has very little for the tourist/traveller, and be warned its very hilly!! Wi-Fi only worked in the main reception and the breakfast room It was clean enough but looked unkempt rather than dirty, shower had no power to it and took a long while to get warm Quite noisy in the morning once traffic started – particularly motorbikes Staff were really polite and helpful Very cold concrete floors (bring slippers or flipflops) Breakfast was very basic, 2 juices, machin4 coffee, a few cakes and pastries, pots of sweetened yoghurts, minimal basic cheese ham Short drive to Villa Romana del Casale which was why our company select this hotel but really think better could be found in the area

Small room but sufficient for 2 people. Super clean, everything new and present. Fantastic bathroom! Best during our tour. We arrived on Sunday, so we could park before the door; there was a form with telephone numbers, and within 5 minutes there was a friendly lady that let us in. Because there was chance of rain, we even got a paraplu!! “ Breakfast” was below in bar; croissant, coffee or tea, crackers with jam and 2 nectarines. Very caribbean but also understandable as we were the only. About the corner you just walked into the city with a delicious wine bar 👌
