It was super lovely hotel . 10 min by walking and you already on the beach and train station , so easy to travel around . Room was clean and nice , also like breakfast a lot . I would love to back there , coz just in love with this city ❤️

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast, didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. When I booked I read some of the reviews and was a bit on edge on arrival, it is not dirty at all, the pillows need to be plumper and the bathrooms need updating but all clean.

Really happy with everything. WiFi in the room was excellent. Room small but clean and had a balcony. Rooms serviced daily, beds made and fresh towels. The cleaning ladies were so so nice & my daughter loved them! We went half board. Lots of choices of food, yes it was occasionally luke warm but that was when we took the last of something. Food topped up regularly during breakfast/dinner service. Drinks/snacks reasonably priced but cheaper at local cafes as expected. 10 minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes from shops and a supermarket a few minutes away. We paid €25 to have a fridge in the room for the week. Best thing we did. Could purchase drinks cheaply at supermarket and keep them cold for our pool days. The pool was a lovely size but be aware the shallow end is 1 metre, my daughter was about an inch too short to touch the bottom so if she went in I also had too even though she can swim. Boat trip to Tossa is a must! If you are getting the boat for the glass bottom/see fish experience you will be disappointed. You get 2 minutes to see them and it was anticlimactic. However we went for the trip and the 4 hours in Tossa and for this the cost was well worth it. Wonderful day trip. All in all this hotel was amazing for what we paid. The staff were lovely and we got exactly what we expected. My only suggestion would be tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, there was no way to have a hot drink before the 8am breakfast and with a 7 year old who is up early a morning coffee was needed!

The staff was very rude and even laughed at us, i had to call a supervisor just to get some blanket because it was very cold and the receptionist wasn't helping (and was generally awful) The rooms were dirty and smelled like sewers. Our room wasn't accessible for people with mobility aids/or disabled, we were in room 113. Icing on the cake: the emergency exit was intentionnaly close with a "metal pipe" !

Absolutely terrible stayed 3 days and staff to lazy to give a 8 month old a bed made us stay in all day promising one NEVER GOT

Visited in October 2023. 5 nights stay. We had a very nice stay. Traveled with our 6 years old son. In general nice hotel. Close to the town centre. 15 min walk to the beach front. Plenty of cafes and bars. Breakfast delicious. Plenty of choice. Nice room (not very big) with balcony and view on the church. Playground is located in centre if you travel with a children. You can sit in one of the bars and watch your kids playing which is brilliant. We visited Barcelona. The train station is literally on the beach and tickets cost €11 return per person. Worth to visit! We love it!

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, cleaner's we're so friendly and kind, rooms very clean, everything you need. Balcony good size, breakfast was great, drinks very pricey in bar, good atmosphere, good location.

Stayed here for 6 night (10th oct) hotel is spotless! Room was lovey! Bed was comfortable! Loved the breakfast!! So many choices! Breakfast was from 8-10am and does get extremely busy! Did run out of bowls and glasses but staff are quick to stock. Great location over looking the beautiful church. I did have a medical emergency which the staff didn’t handle very well. But we spoke to the manager of the hotel after and was extremely apologetic and promised us the staff would be more proactive in future! This Didn’t hinder the stay in the hotel, and I would definitely recommend and return!

If you're going for a quiet break don't book this hotel the walls are paper thin you can hear everything and everyone and the roof top bar goes on till 12ish every night . Very clean hotel with the most amazing breakfast and friendly staff Could do with a fridge and a kettle in the room also
