We have a really lovely stay here, beds we’re very comfortable! Staff were always on hand for help and were very pleasant! Great location, literally opposite the main bus station/metro! Windows were great & kept out any noise. Breakfast was great, selection of meats, cheeses, toast, croissants, fruits & cereal! Very clean hotel. Overall we were very happy with our stay & would happily stay again!

Went to Prague on the 4th of October, staying somewhere else on the 5th and returning back on the 6th, (two nights in total in the God Bank hotel) We travelled over for a football match out-with Prague. We had left match tickets you mistake in the hotel, we didn’t have enough time to return to Prague to collect the tickets. After contacting the staff at the Gold Bank, they came to our rescue by sending individual pictures of all the tickets, this allowed us to get them reprinted at the football stadium. We are very grateful. The staff were courteous and professional from the moment arrived, we all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, it’s only a short walk to the train station, bus station, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is elegant and decadent. Conveniently situated and a short distance to the city main shopping high street and amenities. The bedroom was tasteful, spacious and quiet. Staff are attentive and friendly that created that level of ambience. Special gratitude to the concierge gentleman and the young waitress at breakfast. Breakfast buffet and in my opinion provided a good selection for our requirements. It's a shame that the hotel restaurant was not opened in the evening as we would of loved to have dined in it for one of our evening stays. However, we did enjoy our stay there. The only negative really was that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in our room. I would of expected this as a standard particularly in a 5 star hotel. That said, we would recommend the hotel. It's beautiful, ideally situated, and like I said, the staff were friendly.

Lovely clean hostel in a great location as within a few minutes walk of metro station and ten minutes away from Prague main train station. Old Town can be reached within a ten minute walk or via numerous transport options by the hostel. Area appeared safe with numerous fast food restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms very modern and private.

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

The hotel is quite well located, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and soundproofing is quite good as well. A huge plus for a free storage room. The shower could have been cleaner.

It has the charm of an old house, and the room has modern decoration. When you check in, when you are tired, a free drink will warm your heart. The staff in the lobby, bar or restaurant are all high-quality, and the free refreshments provided by the hotel are very good. Let me rest my stomach before I need to take medicine. It's a great hotel, recommended!

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

The location of the hotel was excellent. The apartment was also very modern and clean. Unfortunately the check-in process was very complicated. After the booking had been made, we had to check in again separately with all names etc. This email was only sent at 12:00 on the day of arrival, during our arrival. Because of the delay, we were not offered a parking space, even though it was offered differently when we booked. When asked, the staff reacted irritably. We had to park our car at the Palladium for over €43. There was no compensation for this even though the receptionist took a photo of the incorrect parking information. She said we should contact trip com directly. Overall a nice apart hotel with very complicated and poor service.

Great stay at this hotel, very comfy bed, really clean room and super helpful and attentive staff! Location is just wonderful, located right across the street from the main railway station and 7 minutes walk to the national museum Will definitely stay here again Rooms are facing the silent and cozy courtyard so the night sleep was really good
