Michelangelo Grand Hotel

Old Town Prague|0.46km from Propaganda
This hotel is in the historic town centre near Wenceslas Square and Mustek Metro Station which connects to all places in Prague. Although centrally situated and within walking distance to tram, bars, restaurants and shops, it is an extremely quiet hotel. The welcome we had was so warm and welcoming, different to other hotels I have stayed in, there is water and sweets in the area and a lovely Gentleman at the door who gave us a warm welcome not just the first day but always had a friendly smile for us every day and the reception staff are very helpful, especially the young lady who helped us to get to the airport. We stayed on the second floor number 123 which had a huge bed, beautiful linen and plush pillows with cushions too, it was decorated lovely and had a fridge, air con and coffee machine. The bathroom was big and plenty of hot water and shampoo, shower gel, etc. which was replaced throughout our stay. The whole of the hotel is spotless clean, well so is Prague. The breakfast, well nobody could complain about it as it had something for even the fussiest of eaters. There was fruit juices, water, coffee, an assortment of teas, detox drink, cereals, fruit, cakes, different kinds of bread and rolls, cooked assortment and cold assortment with the most gorgeous cheese I have ever tasted. Croissants, small and large with chocolate and jams and lots of different fresh fruit, tinned fruit, yoghurts and a lovely pot with different layers of chocolate, fruit and yoghurt. Amazing breakfast, my niece is going to Prague and I have told her to stay at this hotel as it just hits all spots for me.

Occidental Praha Five

Prague|1.71km from Propaganda
I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Mr. Martin. It all started when I decided to order room service, expecting to enjoy a late dinner in the comfort of my room. According to the menu provided in my room, room service was available until 10 PM. I called the hotel's room service line at 9:40 PM, well within the time frame specified on the menu. To my surprise and frustration, Mr. Martin informed me that the kitchen was closed and that he couldn't accommodate my request. I expressed my disappointment and confusion, explaining that I had called within the stated hours. Mr. Martin's response was dismissive and unsympathetic. He didn't provide any reasonable explanation for the early closure of the kitchen, nor did he offer any alternative options or suggestions to alleviate the situation. His lack of professionalism was evident as he seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or providing any form of customer service. This incident left me feeling neglected and disrespected as a guest. The discrepancy between the menu's advertised service hours and the actual availability of room service is unacceptable. Mr. Martin's unhelpful attitude only exacerbated the situation, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth and significantly impacting my overall experience at the hotel. As a customer, I believe it is essential for hotel staff, including Mr. Martin, to prioritize guest satisfaction and strive to resolve issues in a respectful and efficient manner. Unfortunately, my encounter with him fell far short of these expectations. I hope that the hotel management takes note of this incident and addresses the need for better communication and customer service training for their staff. It is crucial for them to rectify such issues promptly and ensure that guests are provided with accurate information and appropriate assistance.

Mosaic House Design Hotel
4.8/5118 Reviews
Nové Město
We stayed at Mosaic House for 3 days on an Eastern European vacation in October with friends (8). It was a fantastic hotel! Beautiful, clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, rooms nicely decorated, and breakfast delicious. The bed was fabulous and the décor eclectic and interesting! The front desk was very helpful in giving directions and helping with taxis. We even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking the city and catching the tram or subway. The hotel had a café and lounge area that was very nice. The only minor complaint would be the A/C not blowing cold enough. My husband and I are used to cold A/C. But we were able to open windows and let in the cool night air, so it was fine. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
Hotel Cube Prague

Old Town
Hotel Cube is very responsive to questions with an excellent response time of less than 24 hours. The Hotel staff is remarkably helpful and even assisted with booking of airport transfers. Hotel provides an option of online check in even before arrival. So when I arrived at 1155pm, all tired from the more than 14 hours of flying, the check-in was a breeze. The room itself is excellent with complimentary water and coffee. The hotel even supplements water as per request at very quick response times. Breakfast is remarkable by European standards with wide spread of choices. The location of the hotel is so convenient to the Narodini trida which is on metro line B within a 10min (at most) walking distance. Additionally, from the hotel, one can walk to most attractions (as Prague is also a very walkable and safe city). Would highly recommend the Hotel and definitely would come back if the opportunity arises in the future.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, you are just a stone throw away from all the main locations like charles bridge, old town square, kafka head and many more. the breakfast spread were really nice. The services are on top each and every staff were humble and hospitable. The only problem I faced and it was a really big thing for me that wifi was not working at my room , it was so pathetic I couldn’t even able to made a whatsapp call. well overall I would really recommend this hotel. Please avoid room at the edge of 2nd floor if you willing to utilise wifi for your work or any other stuffs.
Hotel Caesar Prague

Nové Město
We stayed four nights. I really liked the location of the hotel as a tourist. It is within .5 mile of the famous Dancing House. Transit is right at your door, a nice 15 minute walk to Old Town Astrological Clock. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars close by (many across the street). The hotel was very clean and Czech decorated in an older beautiful building with tall ceilings and tile floor. We had a “VIP” room and it was a queen bed with a large bath and entry area with much closet and storage space~ loved that, it lets you spread out! We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a surprise! Staff were helpful, kind, and maid service was wonderful. A good value for the $. They include a typical Czech breakfast buffet which was ok. We had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was quiet. My only complaint is about the pillows…. Too flat and hard. Otherwise, a fine hotel. I often felt I was staying in a palace!
Eurostars Thalia

I have always liked hotels of the Eurostar brand. Clean, atmospheric and standardized! When the price is adjusted every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the room price is cheaper than the family hostel! Eurostar, my first choice for European travel!
