Kunming Hotels with Private Pools

"Facilities: Pretty good, not old at all! Stayed for three nights! Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: Good. Service: Excellent! The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly. The restaurant on the first floor was great too!! Unlimited access to the double hot springs: The weather was a bit chilly these past few days, so the hot springs were perfect! We didn't go out much because of the rain, but the kids had a blast! The hotel service was really nice, and we'll definitely come back next time! The front desk service was great; they helped us arrange a car for our departure, and the car was also excellent! Highly recommend for family trips, especially if you have children!"

"Facilities: Overall pretty good, not old or run down. The pool and kids' play area are a bit dated, but everything else is fine. Environment: The hot springs, lawns, and ponds in the park are all lovely. You can feed rabbits, swans, and peacocks – it's a great ecological spot. Service: Service was just okay. Maybe they were too busy during the May Day holiday, but the front desk staff just kept apologizing... I called in advance to confirm some requests, including a bed rail, but absolutely nothing was done. It was quite something. The way the staff member installed the bed rail was also unbelievable – it clanged and banged all night! They put it *under* the bed, which wasn't high enough or stable. They ended up just pushing the bed against the wall to hold the rail in place, which was pretty funny."

"Facilities: This was my second stay here. I asked the housekeeper for a vase, bought some camellias for 15 yuan at the market, and put them in the vase. When I woke up, they looked absolutely beautiful. I had specifically requested the magnolia courtyard, and it was so romantic! Looking down from the upper floor, it was a sea of flowers. Service: They pretty much granted every request. During my second stay, they didn't stock extra water initially. Since I was a returning guest, the housekeeper hadn't checked the chat history or my preferences. The next day, after I asked, they brought more water – a small detail. Overall, it was great, though it was quite cold when going out to catch a ride. Cleanliness: Very clean. The aunties did a very thorough job cleaning, highly commendable. Environment: This is a top-notch place in Kunming, and within China, it offers great value for money. It's a private, two-story courtyard, very spacious and comfortable. I've stayed here twice for a total of four days, and my overall experience has been excellent. All the issues I mentioned during my first stay, including the breakfast voucher problem, were resolved. I will definitely stay again."
