This was an absolutely beautiful resort. I would definitely stay here again. Even with some construction being done, it was very clean, staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful, the grounds were immaculate, the food was very tasty at all the restaurants, drinks were very good (not very strong, though), the pools were clean and even included a swim-up bar, and excursions were reasonably priced as were the taxi services. My favorite foods were the flank steak, the delicious pork tacos from the lunch food truck (best in my life), and the crepes! The rooms were clean and presented nicely. We did not watch TV or partake in using housekeeping for our stay of only a few days, so I have no comment on that. I wish there had been more pool and beach chairs, but we made it work and this was a very small inconvenience. Also, evening shows at 9:30 with very talented dancers as well as a kids' club activities. All in all, you really can't go wrong staying here!

The hotel is all-inclusive, including drinks, three meals, and happy hour. In foreign countries, the meals are more in line with Chinese appetite. And there are several swimming pools for swimming, but the beach is not very ideal, two small pieces are in the bay, and a lot of sea**** floats in. The overall feeling is good, cost-effective.

This property is not depicted correctly. Beach is very small. Jelly fish in lagoon area and there is no warning. VIP members. Communication about privileges were not communicated. Very poor system to book reservations. Food was very bland. Staff appeared just there and were not very interactive. Booked spa on our last evening. Were told we could use the hydrotherapy but after massage we were hurried out of the area. Found out later we could have used the hydrotherapy anytime due to VIP. Will not return to this resort.

Had some difficulty checking in but guest services helped resolve later on. Property was beautiful, very clean as well as the room was great. Good food and drinks were good and great variety of both.

Family friendly resort. Loved the amenities! Lack larger beach area, yet with privileged you get access to an additional beach section which is great for kids. Bloved is a great a-la-cart restaurant and all other restaurants were tasty. The entertainment is also great aong with their staff!

I understand that we all like to have a romantic night out and i completely agree with making a reservation but to make
a reservations every night to evry restaurant for dinner, it made us feel like we had to follow a set itinerary and thats not our style.

The room was very mold smell, and the beach is very small, shortig of the chairs around the swiming pool. You can't find chairs to lay.

PROs; Food was excellent, property is well maintained & clean, staff were friendly. Upon check-in we were given 2 doubles however we booked for a king. The staff at reception were friendly & were able to assist us in moving to a king room. I needed medical attention, the staff helped me to find a paramedic that work at the resort, the attention I received was wonderful.
CONs - if you don't want to go to the buffet for dinner, you need to use their online booking system which was a real pain to use and somewhat difficult.

Not what we expected at all, would not return. There was very small beach, not worth it. Good options were the same every single day, average. The al a crate restaurants you had to book at exactly 8am to get a reservation, but when we went it was less than half full. The perks for the “privileged” guests we did not have but they’re ridiculous. They get access to different beach area, bar, pool, room service, and the good menu items at al a crate restaurants. Certain staff seem annoyed when you ask them for things, I had to try and go up to get coffee a few days at the buffet breakfast, but was told to go back to my table and they would come. Everyone puts towels in loungers early in morning so we barely got to use them but we have a toddler so didn’t matter anyway.. but ridiculous how people save loungers all day and then are never using them. Should be a first come first serve for loungers, anyways if you’re looking to stay at this resort, yes it’s a cheaper option but there’s a reason for that. Do not stay here, no beach, not good food, not worth coming here
