房間臟亂差（大家見圖）不提供一次性拖鞋，不提供飲用水，屋裡很多插頭就一個能用，不知道那些插頭存在意義。床也不知道是多少年的陳年破床一翻身就嘎吱嘎吱響！房間隔音及其不好，大半夜的聽見男人喊叫，本來帶着電腦辦公，一看見課桌不忍直視怕我電腦都放上都把桌子壓塌了！！！還有洗髮水用飄柔的瓶子裝的一用不知道里麪是什麼不明液體不敢用，吹風機高級的造型還是第一遇見！空調更別説了一打開感覺一陣拖拉機向我襲來，房間多處裂縫我都怕樓上的人掉下來！洗澡花灑第一時間下來的不是水是不明黑色物體咱麼也敢洗了！房間內有好多不明閃光等，咱也不敢動。都2023年了，麪都沒見先要100塊錢按金，人都在了，結果和我説你走吧，等我看了房間之後再退，按理説你得在客人走之後立刻去看吧，按金好幾個小時後退還。總之我替大家踩雷了，大家看快逃吧！

房間衞生不錯，交通便利，餐飲，超市及周邊環境都非常好，地處商務區各種設施擁有盡有，服務態度也不錯，讓人感覺很舒服!

端午期間漲價可以理解，但是進去真的還是有些驚訝，首先，停車問題，停車費一晚上40，老闆沒有停車優惠券。第二，地下車庫非常之嚇人，可能是我們到的時候太晚了，氛圍很詭異，通往電梯的標識非常不明顯，要找很久。第三，整個公寓真的很爛，電梯是壞的，房間那一層破破爛爛的，而且很臟，感覺像是很長時間沒有過人氣，我們兩個男的住，都覺得害怕，別提女生了。第四，房間裏的門鎖在裏面鎖不上，安全得不到保障。不建議女生去住。第五，環境真的…很臟，床單發黃而且很潮，可能跟青島的天氣有關係，室內很多地方都是哈灰塵，甚至窗簾兩邊都不一樣，而且一點都不遮光，有光睡不着的人別住。第六，衞生間淋浴頭是壞的，漏水非常嚴重，而且噴頭掉了，老闆也不維修，馬桶也不乾淨，好在我們並沒有用馬桶。第七，衞生間地漏堵了，很嚴重，男生洗個澡的時間水幾乎都快流到客廳裏了。青島的住宿真的讓我對青島產生了巨大的懷疑，我這次訂到一個不舒心的住宿環境，真的很爛，端午節400我就不説了，平日100我都覺得貴。

千萬不要訂他的房！房東先要按金！要按金！要按金！第一步，在一個破木門上有個電話，告知不加微信交按金根本都見不到房間，整棟大樓都很臟，走廊陰森，房間根圖片兩碼事，房間就是間髮廊，大家腦補，電線裸露，在電梯遇到了幾次那種女人，發現房間條件太差🪰想退房，房東態度很惡劣，説不可能，讓我記着下次訂五星酒店，最後我妥協了，湊合住了一晚，總之這家不要訂，誰定誰後悔
