good environment for holidays

環境很漂亮，拍照非常出片，細節有待提高，入住時沒有主動提供孩子的拖鞋牙刷，需要自己再打電話去要，園區裏的公廁很多都把門鎖着不開放，淘氣包對面公廁開放，但是沒有廁紙，對於住宿偏遠的客人不太方便，畢竟酒店裡景色太美了，大家都喜歡到處逛逛。

總體原理鬧區，住的比較舒適，節假日人也沒有很多。
設施：酒店設施不錯，比較新。
衞生：入住之後我們家狗子不知道從哪裡掉出來一顆山楂，前人留下的，感覺衞生打掃需要更認真一點。
環境：在阿朵花嶼裏，周圍很荒可以説什麼都沒有，景區裏的設施也沒有建設全面，體驗略有不好。
服務：重點説一下服務，酒店的服務意識太差了，服務非常被動，和其他花間堂簡直沒法比。
1. 入住需要把車停在停車場然後坐酒店的擺渡車到大堂，入住之前什麼也不説，您不打電話確實下入住時間也就算了，發個短訊告知一下怎麼操作不難吧，什麼也不管，就等人打電話問。
2. 入住前台辦理，態度非常冷漠，尤其某位女前台工作人員。
3. 我們一點半入住，訂了兩間房，有另一間同棟的房間2點退房需要等一下才能入住，結果等到快四點才打掃好要我們去前台辦入住，怎麼要這麼久呢
4. 酒店有什麼活動也不會主動和我們説，加了企微自動發了一些消息就完了。。

作為度假酒店阿朵還任重道遠 地腳相對市區來説非常偏僻 周邊連個便利店也沒有 這種情況下 如果景區內的設施再跟不上 整體就比較拉垮 吃喝 周邊配套 娛樂設施 交通現在來看都不是很跟得上 如果來了衹是住店 吸引力不大 阿朵花語離老街 滑雪場 阿朵廚房都很遠 開車的話六七分鐘 如果不自駕來了基本玩不轉 早餐68一位 種類非常少 不值這個錢 服務人員服務意識不行 接駁車司機沒有意識給客人抬一下行李 前台也沒有給客人介紹一下哪裡可吃哪裡可玩 湯泉在哪 也沒有一個景區地圖 全靠客人自己攻略？整體體驗感非常一般

總體都還可以吧，中規中矩，反正衹能説價格略高，勉強過得去吧。景區比較安靜，沒什麼人。喜歡靜的可以來體驗一下，就是吃飯比較麻煩，景區裏的商家也不怎麼開門。好吃的也沒怎麼有。

首先説服務，特別周到提前提供交通訊息，到了之後有接駁車送到酒店，還有文創禮品贈送。再説設計，酒店依山而建，充分利用高差創造出私密的客房空間，層次豐富，室內傢俱設計也配合藏馬山的主題概念，處處體現設計細節；再説説早餐，品種豐富營養搭配合理。真是一個放鬆心情的好地方，特別推薦
