"Excellent service and a wide range of activities for kids, my little one absolutely loved it. The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and the air conditioning was completely silent, which is a rare find. The breakfast view was unbeatable, and the pool bar was fantastic! The hotel's a bit remote, nestled in the mountains, so I'd recommend hiring a car to get there. You could easily spend a couple of days just enjoying the hotel's amenities."

"On the first day of arrival, we were assigned a pool access room right at the very end, which unfortunately was next to the kitchen where they cooked Indian food. The smell of spices permeated our room late at night. We complained, and since other rooms were full, we were eventually upgraded to a suite. We moved rooms at 9 PM. Housekeeping seemed to lack a standard for cleaning rooms. I requested an extra towel because I was traveling with a child, and I had to ask for a hand towel (shouldn't it be provided automatically?). After the room was cleaned, the number of towels went back to two, and the hand towel wasn't refilled. So I had to keep calling reception to ask for one. The breakfast buffet tended to be monotonous and, in my opinion, not very good. The only saving graces were the omelets and instant noodles every day. FYI, I stayed for 4 days, and my husband ended up eating only instant noodles and omelets for breakfast 😅. There were no beef dishes like beef black pepper or other standard beef options. The spicy chicken (ayam rica) was good, in my opinion. As for the fish dishes, honestly, they were very fishy, so I didn't touch them at all. There were five types of fruit: melon, papaya, watermelon, snake fruit, and oranges, but often the watermelon was missing. As for the kids' club, there were more devices than children's toys, so my husband ended up playing PS4. My suggestion for the kids' club is to add some brachiation equipment or a small slide for climbing so that children aren't always staring at gadgets. Coloring activities at small tables could also be added if there's no budget for brachiation equipment."

Thanks to the beautiful pool nestled in the jungle, the pleasant room conditions, and the friendly staff, my vacation was truly special and enjoyable. The private yoga class with Ms.Angga at Mantra pavilion made my day and it was a great experience for me🧘 She is so kind and enegetic❤️ I could feel that she really cared about me. And I really thank you for the delicious birthday cake😭❤️🎂 I really enjoyed it! The omelet at breakfast was good and since I had some time before heading to the airport after checking out, I had Pisa Goreng at the restaurant, which was really tasty🍌 100% recommend here!"

"I was quite satisfied with this hotel; the environment is excellent. It's located on the edge of Ubud's bustling area, surrounded by beautiful rice paddies. Getting to restaurants isn't too far, especially with COCO Supermarket right across the street and the Monkey Forest also nearby. The room was a bit small, and the breakfast plates didn't seem as clean as they could be. However, the service attitude was very good, so overall, I'm satisfied. You can also rent a scooter from the front desk."

"A very nice hotel in a great location. I did not give the full points as unfortunately they did not have the room available that I booked and the one they offered as an alternative was besides the road and very noisy. So we did have to move after one night. But besides this annoying hickup the hotel is pretty and the squirl and fish feeding were really popular with the kids. If you are a bit sensible to noise try to avoid rooms/bungalows close to the main road. (The road along the beach is not busy and no problem) We will actually stay there again at the end of our trip. Hope that everything goes smoothly then!"

"Nice place to stay calm and relaxed. The views were exceptional! We really enjoyed the pool restaurant and the breakfast. However, I could not say the same about teppanyaki. The chef and waiters work was perfect but the quality of ingredients could be improved. There are list of different activities on your needs and interest. Keep in mind that most of the beaches at the Uluwatu area not good for swimming because of the waves and currents. During our stay the hotel beach was a bit dirty and the sea was wavy."

"It takes over 90 minutes to get there from the airport. The hotel offered transfers at double the price of what I found on apps or websites, so I didn't take them. The hotel is very well-organized and spacious, with each villa's area neatly arranged, and different tiers located in different sections. Regular cleaning and pool maintenance are provided. The restaurant food is good, and some people even come from outside just to eat there. The views are beautiful. It's a good option for a honeymoon. The pillows smelled terrible. I think it's either due to humidity not letting them dry or the chemicals they use, but all four pillows had an uncomfortably bad smell. The room lighting was very dim."
