"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

"This is a good hotel with beautiful grounds. They offer a very convenient shuttle service to the beach and shopping mall several times a day, and pick you up as well. The rooms aren't new, but for the price, it's an absolute steal! We had two rooms without breakfast. We bought breakfast on-site one day, and it was decent. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and respectful. We stayed one night before our flight (then decided to buy an additional night, which turned out to be more cost-effective than extending hourly). If I had known how good this hotel was, we would have stayed longer. I suppose there are downsides too. My daughter went to the fitness room and said the equipment was very old, in poor condition, and needs updating. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. It's a very decent option for a low price."

"I do love this resort so much😭❤️ This place perfectly got the vibe I was looking for in Bali. Thanks to the beautiful pool nestled in the jungle, the pleasant room conditions, and the friendly staff, my vacation was truly special and enjoyable. The private yoga class with Ms.Angga at Mantra pavilion made my day and it was a great experience for me🧘 She is so kind and enegetic❤️ I could feel that she really cared about me. And I really thank you for the delicious birthday cake😭❤️🎂 I really enjoyed it! The omelet at breakfast was good and since I had some time before heading to the airport after checking out, I had Pisa Goreng at the restaurant, which was really tasty🍌 100% recommend here!"

"Our hotel is very close to Monkey Fortes and can be considered a city hotel concept. Apart from the thin walls which let in a lot of noise, the reception and room cleaners were very attentive. The breakfast wasn't to our taste."

"Nice resort, nice beach, nice hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were abysmal. First and foremost, they burn garbage on the beach, so the entire resort smells like burnt garbage/plastic. On the first night the bed was broken, we reported the issue and were shown a second room. Unfortunately a bat flew in the room, and was contained in the washroom which made the room unsanitary. No other rooms were available, we were offered a paid upgrade which we declined. Wrote to Trip and documented the issue via the hotel's WhatsApp. The hotel offered us a complimentary pool view room, but only the next day so we had to sleep in this collapsed bed. The next room we were moved to, the tea cups were not washed and a gum was left in the coffee/tea tray which shows the poor quality in cleanliness. The hotel refused to provide any compensation for the first night. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere."

"This is a rather niche resort with a strong Balinese vibe. It features a wooden lobby and restaurant, rice paddy views, and a black sand beach. The walk to the room is quite enjoyable, through a long corridor flanked by rice fields. 😎 **Facilities:** Built primarily with wood, the resort has been open for a while and shows some signs of age, but it's very well-maintained and comfortable. Our room had an ocean view, and the pool is huge. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing! However, if you're a light sleeper, avoid booking rooms in the first row as the waves can be quite loud and might disturb your sleep. **Hygiene:** The cleaning was quite thorough; I didn't encounter any insects. Geckos are certainly around, but not in the room. I did see a lizard sunbathing leisurely in the rice paddies on the way to the restaurant. **Environment:** The overall environment is comfortable. The rice paddies are great for photos, and the communal pool is enormous – though it gets incredibly sunny, haha. There isn't much else around, making it perfect for couples or friends who just want to relax at the hotel. It's also not far from the Bali Safari and Marine Park, which is worth a visit. **Service:** The service was quite good; staff pretty much recognized you after a second encounter. However, breaking a teacup cost me 2.4 million Indonesian Rupiah (excluding tax), which I thought was quite expensive for a regular ceramic cup. But, you have to accept the hotel's pricing for breakages! Overall, it's suitable for a relaxing 2-3 day getaway. The restaurant food is decent, and I found the taste to be better than at other hotels, with a good variety of dishes. Three days was just enough to try most of them."

"A very nice hotel in a great location. I did not give the full points as unfortunately they did not have the room available that I booked and the one they offered as an alternative was besides the road and very noisy. So we did have to move after one night. But besides this annoying hickup the hotel is pretty and the squirl and fish feeding were really popular with the kids. If you are a bit sensible to noise try to avoid rooms/bungalows close to the main road. (The road along the beach is not busy and no problem) We will actually stay there again at the end of our trip. Hope that everything goes smoothly then!"

"I stayed for two nights, and for the price, a sea-view room in Uluwatu is pretty good. The service was enthusiastic, but there's room for improvement in the details. For example, I booked the two nights separately, and at check-in, they confirmed it was for two nights. But the next morning, when I called to ask for a duvet cover change (because I felt a bit itchy after sleeping the night before), they asked me twice if I was checking out that day. Then, when I returned to my room the second evening, my room key no longer worked! In terms of hardware, the room is quite spacious, and the sea view is stunning, but the materials used are average. All the wood seems to be thin, common lumber. The bathroom sink drains very slowly, and the shower lighting is very dim. The lobby, however, is quite beautiful. The sea breeze blowing through, combined with Balinese music, was very pleasant. Overall, the good outweighs the bad, but there's nothing particularly outstanding to mention."

"It takes over 90 minutes to get there from the airport. The hotel offered transfers at double the price of what I found on apps or websites, so I didn't take them. The hotel is very well-organized and spacious, with each villa's area neatly arranged, and different tiers located in different sections. Regular cleaning and pool maintenance are provided. The restaurant food is good, and some people even come from outside just to eat there. The views are beautiful. It's a good option for a honeymoon. The pillows smelled terrible. I think it's either due to humidity not letting them dry or the chemicals they use, but all four pillows had an uncomfortably bad smell. The room lighting was very dim."
