HPlus is a great hotel with excellent service and excellent facilities. Although it is apparently less than some hotels, it becomes an advantage, because it makes its atmosphere more cool. The Superior Double Room suite is extremely comfortable and spacious and has served our needs with free time.

Stayed during Agrishow 2022, the hotel was fully occupied but the services worked well. Nice, quiet, clean room. Availability of elevators was limited during ’rush hours’ in the morning and late afternoon which understandable, though.

I had my collaborator in this hotel yesterday 17/01 and her bed was full of CARRAPATO!!!!!!!!! Yes, CARRAPATO by bed and travesser! When contacting the reception the attendant did not believe it, she thought it was a liar dismissed and made my collaborator descend because she had to go personally to ask for the transfer of the room ( details were 22h). The attendant was only up in the room because my co-worker asked for the attendant and the other official was in the air of deboche thinking it was a liar. The room was exchanged without any apology or compensation for the great badness! NOT again!!!

I don't know what Errol but I requested payment on credit and she made on debit ....so complain that service besides being bad educated did not interest in solving the problem ... needs to be trained or simply dispensed ... If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.

Booked a double room through AMEX and arrived to a single + a chair. Staff tells me ”a chair is a bed in Brazil”. I found 2 twins and accessible for comparable price on their website but of course those were ”unavailable”. What was available was other rooms at adjacent hotel at higher price. I ofcourse left these scanners in the dust. AMEX called to arrange for refund and was told they will not refund because I gave them ”such a hard time”. On top of this unprofessionalism they claim that I have been ”harassing” them about a package I was expected. I asked if it was OK to still receive package there and was told by reception it was not a problem. I called about 2 times asking if it was there. After these lies about me ”harassing” them I promptly asked the sender to about although it was an extremely important delivery. These people are thieves and liars. Caveat emptor

The TV only works 1 channel, very simple room, tight bathroom, although it offers breakfast, it needs to go to the neighbouring hotel, and well on the day of my hostel was raining and the hotel had no safe to offer. In addition, parking is paid, it is not covered and the floor of brita. Without the check in, although it was previously performed as suggested to speed up hosting, it has delayed 1h in the savannah without any explanation!
