I have stayed at plenty of Mercure hotels around the world, mainly in Europe. I love the brand and I think it provides great value for the price. This hotel is no exception. Yeh, I might not be as glamorous as the other big hotel chains in Rosario but it's reliable, has a great location (specially if you work on the north end of the city) and you get what you paid for. I read some other negative reviews but that was not our experience at all. Good job Mercure Rosario, we'll be back!

The Hotel is a 10, totally recommended for lodging****. But the Spa can improve a lot. Bad attention, bad cleaning. They even hang up when booking appoin**ents for massages. The snack service that it includes could also be a little more varied than just bills.

We arrived on Saturday the 27th, family of 4, in two rooms. The rooms were comfortable, neat, the bed was divine, and complimentary, there was coffee, cooked mate tea and an electric kettle. Plenty of towels, soaps and shampoo. We had lunch there, the menu was varied and came with a drink and dessert which, in relation to price-quality, was excellent. We enjoyed the heated pool, ideal temperature and the hydromassage, super relaxing!!! There are massage and sauna options but we didn't do it. The breakfast and the attention of the staff made our experience pleasant. If we returned to Rosario, we would choose them again without a doubt. Oh I almost forgot, the shower in the room was great!

All very well! The terrace and spa on the top floor...is spectacular! The room also, with a great view (16th Floor), complete with a whirlpool bathtub. The employees are very helpful and correct. Everything is very clean. Very rich and complete breakfast.

Spacious, bright, well located, close to Portal Rosario. Varied breakfast. The pool is very well located and offers a wide view. The only thing that would be needed was more cleaning of the windows. Comfortable and quiet room. Covered and secure parking

The hotel has an incredible view overlooking the river, the bridge and the giant creek and is the only tall building nearby. Having said that. The service is fair to bad. The wifi never worked, nor the cable, nor the remote controls in both rooms. Then at night they close the door because there is only one person working, and you are left waiting on the street in a not very guarded area. That said, breakfast is average, it doesn't have much variety but it's not ugly. It also happened to us that the shower was bad and was throwing water everywhere and the balcony door constantly opened by itself. We went down 3 times to ask them to fix it or give us the key to close it but it didn't happen, which made the experience at bedtime not entirely pleasant. The view from the solarium on the 18th floor is great. With the heated pool but it was full of people, which is not the hotel's fault
