The shower was always covered and there was never hot water and the soap and shampoo they gave you was almost limited and the towels were not changed daily and there was no heating or extra blankets

The staff do not speak English or even Italian as for registration. To check in you have to go to a supermarket and see a guy (Indian or Pakistani) who sends someone else to take you to the hotel. Never seen anything like this. Other than these the room was clean and well located. No, I will do a second experience for a safety issue. Such a pity !
