I've been trying to contact the hotel for over a month now. Through phone calls, emails and through the agent. They never answer their calls or emails (lost count of how many emails I've sent). I've been trying to cancel my trip due to rising cases of COVID and the current situation with cancelled flights (my flight has already been changed twice and we are not due to fly until October 2022). If the customer service is anything to go by, I would definitely not recommend anyone stay here! Tried to cancel through the agent but they contacted the hotel and spoke to someone (amazing how they can speak to some but not others!) and they have refused a refund! Disgraceful!

Not good. We had problems with the breakfast, room is very small. At night our door has been forced to open.. For short don't go there, rent airbnb

Ancien appartement reconverti en chambre d'hôtel sur un étage. Nous avions loué pour nous et nos filles. Notre chambre (7) avait une terrasse privative à coté de la pièce du petit déjeuner. Pas de gêne au niveau bruit, parfait. Nos filles étaient coté cour au calme (chambre 15) Pesonnel au petit soin (dont Bruno qui a été vraiment bien en terme de trucs et astuces et de renseignements utiles). Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Literie impeccable, salle de bain/douche propres. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages car nous repartions qu'en fin d'après-midi. Bref, un séjour parfait à partir du moment où l'on sait que ce n'est pas un hôtel à proprement dit et qu'on a trouvé la porte d'accés :) A proximité à pied de l'ensemble des monuments majeurs de la ville. Entre 15 et 30 minutes. Sinon, il y a les transports en communs qui passent à 50 mètres. Que demander de plus ?

Muy acogedor. Es la última planta de un edificio señorial. El personal es atento. El recepcionista habla español. El desayuno es suficiente. Buena ubicación. La habitación es amplia, dispone de nevera, hervidor de agua y aire acondicionado.

Struttura meravigliosa, in posizione splendida e strategica per girare Roma centro a piedi. Manager e tutto il personale gentilissimo, sempre disponibile con massima cura del cliente. Camere pulitissime e confortevoli, ottima colazione in meravigliosa terrazza. Contentissimi!

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla di Roma a due passi da San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, subito dopo il Ponte Cavour. Al quinto piano di un palazzo d'epoca si trova questo B&B con 15 stanze. La camera è essenziale, mancava l'acqua nel frigo bar spento, la pulizia del piumino forse non era eccellente e i cuscini d'arredo presentavano qualche macchia. Nonostante ciò ho dato il massimo a questa esperienza per la colazione che è a livello di un hotel: in una stanza dedicata è allestita una parete con svariate scelte tra dolce e salato di cui si può fruire senza limitazione. E inoltre la posizione centralissima non ha prezzo.

Arnaque ceci n'est pas un hôtel mais une pension de famille bas de gamme aucun ménage poil et cheveux ds la douche couche de poussière énorme matelas souillé personne à ce qui sert de réception à 19h... attention prix excessif beaucoup beaucoup trop élevé nous sommes furieux c'est une honte de mentir à ce point.
